We will agree separately the level of on-going services at the time of, or prior to, making our recommendation(s) to you. Typically our costs range from 0.5% to 1% per annum and are based on the value of your investment(s) at each 12 month anniversary, and are paid pro-rata in arrears. This is subject to a minimum annual fee of £500. Therefore, if the value of your investment(s) totalled £50,000 or less and you opted for option 3 our yearly fees would be the minimum £500 which is 1%. The amount you pay will fluctuate with the value of your investment; if your investment increases in value the amount you pay us will also increase and if your investment falls in value the amount you pay us will reduce subject to the minimum shown above. Any change to the level of services throughout this agreement will result in pro-rata charge being applied The charges listed above can be deducted from your investments or paid directly by you. You should note that when paid though the investments it may reduce your personal tax thresholds and/or exemption levels. Where this happens we will discuss it with you and confirm it in your personal recommendation report. It should be noted that if you choose any of our ongoing management services they are subject to a minimum fee per annum. Ongoing Reviews and Changes to Existing Investments. We offer one service level. We can offer you an on-going service to ensure that recommended products remain suitable and relevant to your circumstances. Our charges relating to on-going services are as follows:- • 0.75% per annum based on the value of your investments. For example, based on assets of £50,000 we will charge £375. This amount will fluctuate as the fund values change over time and may increase or decrease year on year. This can either be paid by you directly, or by deduction from your investment. If you choose to pay your on-going fees by deduction from an investment, or other contract, providers will typically pay these fees to us monthly after the contract is in force. If you choose to pay your ongoing fees directly, we will invoice you by agreement. Our on-going services include, but are not limited to, providing you with: • Assessment of your circumstances and any changes to your plans that are needed; • Ongoing support with correspondence and administration issues. • We will provide you with telephone and email support as required • We will contact you every 12 months to provide a review of your current investments. Details of our services are contained in our Service Proposition & Engagement. Our charges are 0.75% per annum of the overall value of assets receiving an ongoing service. Should you decide to cancel our agreement to provide ongoing services you must provide written confirmation of your decision and we will cease payments for these services within 7 business days or after collection of any due proportion of any period charges.

Our on-going services include, but are not limited to, providing you with: • Assessment of your circumstances and any changes to your plans that are needed. • Ongoing support with correspondence and administration. • We will provide you with telephone and email support as required. • We will contact you every 12 months to provide a review of your current investments. More details of the ongoing services specific to you will be provided separately (see your Service and Payment (fee) agreement). A charge is payable for our ongoing services as described below. This charge relates to the ongoing administration and review of any plans, investments or policies arranged by us on your behalf. If any new work is undertaken or you ask us to review financial products not originally arranged by us a separate charge will be agreed before we commence work.
