OVERTIME THRESHOLD. 41-2.01 A Cabin Personnel will receive overtime pay, at one and one half (1.5) times the Cabin Personnel’s hourly rate, for eligible Credit Hours worked in excess of: a) ninety (90) Credit Hours for the monthly scheduling period, or b) one hundred and ten (110) Credit Hours in the monthly scheduling period of non-operational shift pick-ups. There shall be no duplication of overtime payments for the same hours worked. 41-2.02 Any scheduled/assigned hours which were not worked by a Cabin Personnel in a monthly scheduling period due to an unpaid absence f rom the workplace shall not be eligible fo r overtime compensation and shall be removed f rom that monthly scheduling period’s Credit Hour to tal for the purposes of calculating the Cabin Personnel’s overtime pay entitlement. 41-3.01 Credit Hours to be compensated as premium pay are outlined in the following Articles: • Article 34 – Scheduling o 34-2.03 o 34-18.04 o 34-27.06 • Article 41 – Pay Administration o 41-4.01 o 41-6.01 o 41-6.03 41-3.02 Any Credit Hours compensated as premium pay in a monthly scheduling period shall not be eligible for overtime compensation and shall be removed f rom that monthly scheduling period’s Credit Hour total for the purposes of calculating the Cabin Personnel’s overtime pay entitlement. 41-4.01 A Cabin Personnel who picks up a pairing f rom published Company open time, including pairings picked up f rom Company cold-calling, will be compensated premium pay at one and one half (1.5) times the Cabin Personnel’s regular rate of pay for the Credit Hours of the pairing which shall include any credit growth in the pairing.

OVERTIME THRESHOLD. Employees shall be compensated at a rate of time and one-half (1½) for hours worked outside the regular scheduled work shift or regular scheduled work week or work period. The overtime compensation shall be in the form of pay or compensatory time off at the election of the employee. The parties recognize that for certain special units, the employees are allowed to flex their schedule. For these work units, schedule changes requested by an employee shall be considered to be part of the employee’s regular schedule.
OVERTIME THRESHOLD. 39-2.01 A Flight Attendant will receive overtime pay, at one and one half (1.5) times the Flight Attendant’s regular rate of pay, for eligible Credit Hours worked in excess of ninety (90) Credit Hours for the monthly scheduling period. 39-2.02 There shall be no duplication of overtime payments for the same hours worked.
OVERTIME THRESHOLD. During the collective bargaining process, the parties discussed the potential amendments to the Employment Standards Act. The Company agreed to maintain its current practice during the life of the collective agreement. (i.e. overtime be paid after forty (40) hours in a week..) This may change in the event the Company switches to a 5X8 shift schedule.
OVERTIME THRESHOLD. All work performed by overtime eligible members of the bargaining unit in excess of forty (40) hours of work in a workweek is overtime and will be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) the appropriate regular or shift rate of pay.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Overtime Payment Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a twenty-four (24) hour period, employees shall be paid double time. Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Overtime Pay ‌ Overtime pay shall be paid to the employee on the next paycheque after the expiration of the pay period in which the overtime was earned except as provided in Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off) below.

  • Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit The Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit with respect to each Fund shall be the amount specified in Schedule A based on a percentage of the average daily net assets of each Fund.

  • Overtime Compensation 1. Except as provided in this section, Grantee will be responsible for any obligations of premium overtime pay due employees. Premium overtime pay is defined as any compensation paid to an individual in addition to the employee’s normal rate of pay for hours worked in excess of normal working hours. 2. Funds provided under this Contract may be used to pay the premium portion of overtime only under the following conditions: i. With the prior written approval of System Agency; ii. Temporarily, in the case of an emergency or an occasional operational bottleneck; iii. When employees are performing indirect functions, such as administration, maintenance, or accounting; iv. In performance of tests, laboratory procedures, or similar operations that are continuous in nature and cannot reasonably be interrupted or otherwise completed; or v. When lower overall cost to System Agency will result.

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Eligible expenditure 6.1 Eligible expenditure consists of payments by the Recipient for the Purpose. Eligible expenditure is net of VAT recoverable by the Recipient from HM Revenue & Customs and gross of irrecoverable VAT. 6.2 The Recipient shall account for the Grant on an accruals basis. This requires the cost of goods or services to be recognised when the goods or services are received, rather than when they are paid for.

  • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.
