Participant Training. The NDHIN shall provide training to each Participant regarding access and use of the Hosted System and the Hosted Applications, including such user manuals and other resources as the NDHIN determines appropriate to support the Hosted System and the Hosted Applications, so that the Participant may train all of its Authorized Users regarding the access and use of the Hosted System and the Hosted Applications as required under Section 9.6 of this Agreement.
Participant Training. The RHIO shall provide training to each Participant regarding access to and use of the RHIO System and the RHIO Services, including such user manuals and other resources as the RHIO determines appropriate to support the RHIO System and the RHIO Services, so that the Participant or the RHIO may train all of the Participant’s Authorized Users regarding the access and use of the RHIO System and the RHIO Services as required under Section 9.7 hereof.
Participant Training. This provision is applicable to this Agreement if training will be provided to any non-U.S. individual outside of that individual’s home country. Participant training under this Agreement shall comply with the policies established in USAID ADS Chapter 253.
Participant Training. OKSHINE shall provide training to each Participant regarding access and use of OKSHINE and Services, including such user manuals and other resources as OKSHINE determines appropriate so that the Participant may train all of its Authorized Users regarding access to and use of OKSHINE Services, privacy and security of Patient Data, and applicable OKSHINE Policies as required under Section 7.2 of this Participation Agreement.
Participant Training. Participant training shall include, at no expense to the Department or Participants:
a. at the Department’s request, the provision of training to the Department and Participants a maximum of six (6) times per year (this training may be accomplished via conference calls or webinars, may be scheduled by the Contractor or made available on demand, and shall be provided for all facets and areas of the e-Payment Processing Options);
b. online training that allows Participants to utilize courses or training videos developed by the Contractor at the request of the Department, which must be available for use by Participants within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the Department’s request, which may include a tracking tool for user progress and reporting of course completion;
c. a program that keeps the Department and Participants informed and up-to-date on current Payment Card brand regulations, PCI data security standards, and State and federal e-Payment regulations;
d. curriculum to meet the specific needs of each individual Participant;
e. training on POS equipment and software installation and use; and
f. a tutorial of the reporting tools.
Participant Training. Financial Consequences: At the Contractor’s expense, provision of a corrective action plan if a requested consultation or training is not provided. The corrective action plan must be mutually agreed upon by the Department and Contractor. Deliverable No. 12: Maintenance of Data Security and Provision of Security Audit. Due Date: Ongoing. Performance Standards: In accordance with Section 10.1, Data Security, and Section 10.2, Security Audit. Financial Consequences: $5,000.00 per Business Day that the Contractor is out of compliance with PCI DSS. Deliverable No. 13: Maintenance of Data Accuracy Level. Due Date/Review Cycle: Ongoing, upon first Go-Live Date. Performance Standards: In accordance with Section 9.1, Data Accuracy. Financial Consequences: For each Business Day that the monthly report is late, $250.00. If the Contractor’s accuracy level falls below 99.9999% for two (2) or more consecutive months, $1,000.00 per each .0001% below the required level, per each consecutive month after the first. Deliverable No. 14: eCheck Returns and Payment Card Chargebacks, Refunds, and Adjustments. Due Date/Review Cycle: Ongoing, upon first Go-Live Date. Performance Standards: In accordance with Section 6.7, eCheck Returns and Payment Card Chargebacks, Refunds, and Adjustments. Financial Consequences: $500.00 per affected Participant, per Business Day that the Contractor does not provide ACH return information or chargeback services for a period longer than one (1) Business Day. Deliverable No. 15: Disaster Recovery Plan. Due Date/Review Cycle: Thirty (30) Calendar Days after Effective Date and yearly thereafter. Performance Standards: In accordance with Section 11, Disaster Recovery. Financial Consequences: $250.00 per Business Day that the initial disaster recovery plan or yearly update thereto is late. Deliverable No. 16: Provision of Optional Services. Due Date: Ongoing, upon implementation of an Optional Service. Performance Standards: In accordance with Section 6.8, Optional Services. Financial Consequences: At the Department’s request, the Contractor shall provide, at its expense, a corrective action plan if an Optional Service is unavailable for more than four (4) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For Agency Participants, the corrective action plan must be submitted to the Agency Participant and the Department and must be mutually agreed upon by the Agency Participant, Department, and Contractor. Participant Training. Telephone and/or E-Mail Support. OKSHINE shall provide, directly or through a business associate or other agent, by telephone or e-mail, support and assistance in resolving technical issues in accessing and using OKSHINE and Services, in accordance with OKSHINE Policies. Access Monitoring. Each party represents that, through its agents, employees and independent contractors, it shall have the ability to monitor and audit all access to and use of its System related to this Agreement, for system administration, security and other legitimate purposes. Each party shall perform those monitoring activities required by the OKSHINE Policies and Procedures. Compliance with Laws and Regulations. Without limiting any other provision of this Participation Agreement and OKSHINE Policies relating to the parties’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations, OKSHINE agrees to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to its operation of OKSHINE. Viruses and Other Threats. OKSHINE shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that OKSHINE does not include, and will not introduce, any program, routine, subroutine, or data that will disrupt the proper operation of any hardware or software used by a Participant in connection with OKSHINE and Services.
Participant Training. The first year will see the establishment of participant training program in which participants from target AETs will benefit in technical areas relevant to the goals and objectives of the ERA program. Prospective students (teachers and professors from target AETs) will be recruited and sent for exposure, reinforcement and supplementary technical training. The PMP plan should be approved by USAID/ERA which will hire a full time Monitoring and Evaluation specialist. Approved indicator data and their base lines will be collected on a regular basis for access and analysis. Data will be stored in a safe place.
Participant Training. The first year will see the establishment of participant training program of which 8 participants are in process now for exposure training in the US with another 35 planned for the fourth quarter. Prospective students (teachers and professors from target AETs) will be recruited and sent for exposure, reinforcement and supplementary technical training. Plans for participant training will be presented in the next Annual Work Plan to USAID. USAID/ERA developed and successfully submitted its Performance Monitoring Plan to USAID/Senegal. The program expects to decide on a permanent position for this function in the Fourth Quarter. USAID/ERA is committed to ensure the competent and timely collection, storage, display and analysis of performance data for reporting and validation of its activities. USAID/ERA now has a plan and strategy in place to advance distance learning within the program. The program will comprise several components: 1) instruction of English language, 2) instruction of technically based subjects which will complement emerging restructuring of existing curricula in AET Institutions, 3) pedagogical content, 4) access to library resources, 4) intra-institutional communication modalities such as Google Aps, etc. USAID/ERA has developed a center of innovation for distance learning. At the end of the fourth Quarter, USAID/ERA expects to develop a plan to identify appropriate businesses which will serve as partners with targeted AET Institutions.
