PAY SCALES OR RATES OF PAY. 6.1 During the term of this Agreement, the salary ranges established in Appendix B will not be changed unless by mutual consent of the Employer and the Union. 6.2 Effective and retroactive to January 1, 2017, all employees except employees at Step 8 will receive a 1.5% salary increase. 6.3 Effective and retroactive to June 1, 2017, only employees at Step 8 shall receive a step increase and the employee in the title of Senior Investigator II shall receive a half-step increment. 6.4 Effective January 1, 2018, only employees at max step will receive a 1.3% salary increase. 6.5 Effective April 1, 2018, all employees will receive a step increment with the exception of the employee in the title of Senior Investigator II who will receive a half-step increment. 6.6 An employee who performs work in a higher pay classification other than his own shall receive the minimum of the higher classification or an amount equal to five (5) percent above his present salary, whichever is higher, provided however, such assignment is authorized by the Superintendent of Elections, Chief, Division of Employee Relations and County Administrator and submission of CS-6 forms is made to the Department of Personnel effecting said temporary appointment. 6.7 Those employees in this unit who receives a promotion to a higher classification shall go to the minimum of the new range or receive a salary increase of five (5%) percent, whichever is higher. The anniversary date for such employees shall not change. If an individual in a generic I title is promoted to a higher title, they shall be classified in their new title at the generic II range. However, upon reaching the maximum step in their new generic II range, they shall move one range to the generic I title on the pay period following their reaching the maximum step. 6.8 Effective January 1, 2018, employees who work in a higher pay classification or receive a promotion, be it permanent, provisional, or temporary, shall have their salary adjusted within the new range which will reflect the minimum salary increase of five (5%) percent. Effective the first pay period after the promotion, said employee will be placed on the xxxx xxxxx within the salary range for their respective title. PAY SCALES OR RATES OF PAY. 6.1 The 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 pay scales for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be as set forth in the attached Appendixes. 6.2 During the term of this Agreement, the pay scales will not be changed unless by mutual consent of the Employer and the Union. 6.3 All employees in the unit shall have their annual base salaries increased during the duration of this agreement in accordance with the following schedule: a. Effective and retroactive to January 1, 2017, all employees will receive a 3% salary increase. b. Effective January 1, 2018, all employees will receive a 1% salary increase. c. Effective January 1, 2019, all employees will receive a 2% salary increase. d. Effective January 1, 2020, all employees will receive a 2% salary increase. e. Effective January 1, 2021, all employees will receive a 2% salary increase. f. The hiring rate for newly appointed Xxxxxxx/Supervisor is set forth in Appendix A. After the employee completes one (1) year of service, his/her salary will be adjusted to maximum pay. x. Xxxxxxx responsible to supervise the asphalt milling operation will receive a $600 stipend in each year of the contract. The stipend will be prorated with each salary check during the calendar year. h. The hiring rate shall be $68,000for the duration of this contract. 6.4 An employee who performs work in a higher pay classification other than his/her own for at least four (4) hours in any work day shall receive the higher rate of pay for such work for the time it is performed, and his/her salary shall be adjusted to the minimum of the new range or to an amount equal to five (5) percent above his/her present salary, whichever is higher, and in no instance would an employee receive less than his/her present salary. 6.5 For any current bargaining unit employee who receive a promotion within this bargaining unit, the new rate of pay will be adjusted to the maximum for the new title. The anniversary date for such employees shall not change.
PAY SCALES OR RATES OF PAY. Pay day shall be on the 10th and the 25th of the month as per the rates in the Wage Schedule attached. Notations on the hours worked under the overtime provisions shall be placed on the pay check. If a payday date falls on a Saturday, employees will be paid on the preceding Friday. If a payday date falls on a Sunday, employees will be paid on the following Monday.
PAY SCALES OR RATES OF PAY. Page3 1. Effective July 1, 2021, all full time and part time unit members who were employed as June 30, 2021, shall make at a minimum $15.00 per hour. Additionally, effective July 1, 2021, all full time and part time unit members who were employed as of June 30, 2021 shall receive a salary increase of 2.5% to their base salary (see Appendix A). Effective July 1, 2022, all full-time and part-time unit members who were employed as June 30, 2022 shall receive a salary increase of 2.55% to their base salary (see Appendix A). Effective July 1, 2023, all full time and part time unit members who were employed as June 30, 2023 shall receive a salary increase of 3.00% to their base salary (see Appendix A). During this three (3) year contract, all current full-time member that worked from June 1, 2020 through September 1, 2021 shall be entitled to a one-time payment of $1,500.00 to be paid over the first two (2) pay periods after ratification of the contract. The $1,500.00 one-time payment shall not be added to the member’s base salary. For each year of the contract, all employees employed with the College as of July 1, 2021, shall receive the full percentage increase, regardless of maximums listed in Appendix A.

Effective and retroactive to January 1, 2018, all employees will receive a 3% salary increase. There shall be no step movement in 2018. b. Effective and retroactive to January 1, 2019, all employees will receive a 3% salary increase. Effective July 1, 2019, employees not a max step shall receive a step movement. c. Effective January 1, 2020, all employees will receive a 0% salary increase, along with no step movement. d. Effective January 1, 2021, all employees will receive a 0% salary increase, along with no step movement. e. Effective January 1, 2022, all employees will receive a 0% salary increase along with no step movement. f. Effective January 1, 2004, an engineering/planning stipend of $600.00 will be paid to all employees of this unit with twenty (20) years of service. Employees with fifteen (15) years of service will receive $400.00 and employees with ten (10) years of service will receive $200.00 under this stipend. This stipend to be paid with the employee’s regular pay. 6.4 Those employees in this unit who receive a promotion to a higher classification shall receive a minimum salary increase of five (5) percent, and shall be placed on the next step the next pay period following the promotion. The anniversary date for such employees shall not change.

  • Rates of Pay (a) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the Parties of this Agreement. For information purposes, the applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A to this Agreement. (b) The distribution of paycheques shall be done in such a manner that the details of the paycheque shall be confidential.

  • Rate of Pay a. An Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 7, for each full day worked. b. Effective July 1, 2016, an Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 8, for each full day worked.

  • Rate of Pay on Promotion 44.3.1 When an employee is appointed by the Council to a higher classification level in the same group, he shall be paid at the nearest rate in the new classification level which gives the employee a salary increase not less than the minimum increment of the higher classification level to which he is being appointed by the Council. If there is no such rate the employee shall be paid the maximum rate in his new scale. 44.3.2 Where an employee who is being paid Acting Pay is promoted to the position for which the employee is receiving Acting Pay, he shall be paid in that position at the rate at which the employee was being paid Acting Pay and the employee's first pay increment in that position shall become due on the date on which it would have become due as if the employee had been promoted to that position on the date on which he was most recently authorized to receive Acting Pay in that position.
