Performance Measurement and Evaluation. The Contractor shall identify the type, quantity, and quality of data that need to be collected to estimate the mobility, environment, and public agency efficiency-related performance measures documented in the site-specific Refined Evaluation Plans. This section shall also describe the overall approach for collecting the data.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation. A. Performance Measurement and Evaluation Planning Process The Contractor shall name a person who will lead performance measurement, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement activities, as outlined in this Exhibit. A Performance Measurement and Evaluation (PME) Plan shall be co-developed by the County and the Contractor. The plan is intended to provide the Contractor and King County with useful information for decision-making, planning and program management. The Contractor and King County staff shall work collaboratively to identify relevant measures of service delivery, quality and program results, and determine the mechanisms by which required information will be collected, managed and reported. King County is responsible for providing a first draft of the PME plan. The PME Plan shall be considered final after written acceptance is received by both parties. Email communication is sufficient. B. Performance Measures Performance measures shall be evaluated using aggregate-level and/or individual-level data submitted pursuant to this Exhibit. Specific data elements and reporting mechanisms shall be defined in the PME Plan. If deemed necessary, additional evaluation activities, such as focus groups, surveys or more rigorous evaluation projects, may also be included in the PME Plan. At least one of each type of performance measure (below) shall be included in the final PME Plan. Where there are multiple contractors working on a related program or strategy, the PME Plan may also include at least one strategy-level performance measure. 1. Quantity of service provided: How much did we do? For example, number of people served. 2. Quality of service provided: How well did we do it? For example, percent people served that were satisfied with services or percent of people served with increased knowledge or skills. 3. How clients have been impacted: Is anyone better off? For example, percent people served with increased linkages to needed services and supports. Once developed and accepted by each party, the Contractor shall be required to adhere to and perform the reporting and other services described in the PME Plan; provided, however, that the Contractor’s failure to meet any specific performance targets or other metrics outlined in the PME Plan shall not constitute a breach of this Contract or this Exhibit. Performance Measurement and Evaluation. The Contractor shall submit performance metrics and program data as set forth in Exhibit(s) to this Contract. The Contractor shall participate in evaluation activities as required by the County and shall make available all information required by any such performance measurement and evaluation processes.
Performance Measurement and Evaluation. A key element of SFRF is the requirement that use of federal funds be tied to performance measurement strategies capable of demonstrating whether an initiative achieved its intended outcome. As the subject matter expert for the program(s), Agency shall be responsible, in consultation with the Governor’s Office, for proposing a set of evaluative metrics for the program(s) in the Reporting and Compliance Form. The evaluative metrics shall be designed to produce quantitative numerical data that can be usefully subjected to standard statistical analyses. The metrics may include opinion or satisfaction data. As the office responsible for reporting initiative outcomes, PRO shall review the metrics proposed by Agency and shall work with the Agency to ensure the metrics are appropriate and comply with all federal reporting requirements. Agency shall be responsible for collecting the numerical data necessary to evaluate the output and outcomes of the initiative and provide this information to PRO as requested. Agency shall also be responsible for collecting qualitative data using a structured methodology. These data may consist of testimonials or narratives describing the experiences of initiative participants. This information shall be provided to PRO as requested. Agency shall provide reports monthly on initiative activities and outputs in the form and manner requested by the PRO.
Performance Measurement and Evaluation a) A system of performance evaluation of the work done, feed back of the results, analysis of deviations as compared to plan and initiation and completion of corrective action before the next cycle; in this case a cycle time is only 24 hours, elaborated below shall be introduced. b) MCD shall deploy a Independent Consultant for the performance evaluation of work done. c) The work done at the end of each day shall be jointly inspected by the bidder and independent consultant along with a designated representative of MCD and the results & deviations shall be noted. Performance measurement and evaluation will be carried out by the MCD and Independent Consultant. d) The items of Measurement have been given points depending upon their importance. The work satisfaction level will be decided daily after joint inspection and recording the performance as points obtained against each item. e) In order to set right the defects noticed during inspection, an opportunity will be given to the bidder; to rectify the same and to improve the points to reach 100 %. f) The service provider shall simultaneously take Corrective Actions by communicating instructions to the operations team. g) The inspection of corrected items shall again be performed to ensure 100 % results. h) The service provider shall be paid proportionately to the level of work completed barring the deficit after the second inspection , but the service provider will have to any way again attend the defective point and redress the fault in presence of both i.e. the representatives of Independent Consultant and MCD. i) Interaction through wireless networks or mobile phones shall be maintained by the service provider within its workforce for transfer of messages and general interaction related to the work.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation. The parties will: • jointly develop baseline data for this Agreement, focussing primarily on reporting against the key targets outlined in this Agreement, and agree on a relevant dataset that can be reported against on a quarterly basis; • monitor and evaluate progress against the timeframes and performance indicators outlined in the Project Plans and provide sufficient information to the RPC for that purpose; • undertake a formal evaluation of progress against the targets and key performance indicators contained in the Agreement in July 2008 with annual reviews thereafter for the duration of the Agreement; and • provide performance information for evaluations as agreed to from time to time and not unreasonably withhold permission for such.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation. The Recipient shall: 8.1 measure progress and performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that data is available to support the management of the Initiative. This includes: performance measurement planning; regularly collecting data on output and outcome indicators; analyzing and/or synthesizing the data; using the data to inform decision-making and to continuously improve implementation; and reporting to Canada in accordance with the Reporting Plan (Appendix C); 8.2 participate in any Program-level Performance Measurement and/or Evaluation activities led by or on behalf of Canada; and 8.3 if requested to do so, carry out an independent Evaluation of the Initiative in a form satisfactory to Canada, and provide Canada with a copy of the resulting report(s) in accordance with the Reporting Plan (Appendix C).
