Personal Business Leave With Pay. Employees may be excused from duty with verbal permission from the supervisor, with pay, for a period of not more than two (2) hours per month in increments of fifteen (15) minute. Employees shall not be required to provide a reason for the use of personal business leave that is scheduled in advance. The parties agree that a good faith effort shall be made to schedule personal business leave at times that are least disruptive to the workplace. However, personal business leave shall not be unreasonably denied. In emergency use situations, the employee shall be required to provide a verbal reason for the use.

  • Personal Business Leave A. Each teacher shall be granted three (3) days of personal business leave each year to conduct personal business that must be conducted at times that school is in session. Each day shall be granted with the teacher receiving his/her full contract salary. (Rev: 2007)

  • Personal Leave With Pay With prior notification, full-time employees who are eligible to accrue sick leave may use a maximum of six (6) days personal leave with pay per year, provided that such days shall be charged against the employee’s current accrued sick leave.
