The examiner will conduct public hearing pursuant to city code section 11-2C-11 and consistent with the information contained in the public notice. ¶ Decision¶ Pursuant to city code section 11-2C-12, the hearing examiner will adopt a single report stating the decision(s) on the application (s). The report will serve as the permit(s). The report will state applicable findings of fact and conclusions of law. The report will identify any mitigation required under the development regulations or under the city's SEPA program. The report will describe applicable deadlines for and methods of appeal. The report will be provided to the applicant and to any person who, prior to the adoption of the report, requested notice of the decision or is a party of record having submitted comments on the application. ¶ ...
