PRE-QUALIFICATIONS. In order to be considered a YSP, an organization must be a Maryland registered entity, located in Xxxxxxx County and an Internal Revenue Service registered not-for-profit or nonprofit. Organizations wishing to use CCPR operated and maintained facilities for the purpose of providing youth sports programs must provide the following documents and meet the criteria addressed below. Documentation that does not change is only required to be provided once per term of this agreement, documentation that does change is required annually.  Registered Maryland entity with its principal place of business being located in Xxxxxxx County and listed on Maryland Business Express.  Documentation from the Internal Revenue Service indicating not-for-profit or nonprofit status.  Certificate of General Liability Insurance naming the Board of County Commissioners of Xxxxxxx County Maryland as Certificate Holder and additionally insured with a minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence. In addition, any YSP using a Board of Education (BOE) facility will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Board of Education of Xxxxxxx County and Xxxxxxx County Public Schools (CCPS) and its employees as additional insured. o Accident insurance must be available to all sports participants by approved YSP.  The YSP’s governing Board of Directors shall consist of fifty-one percent (51%) of Xxxxxxx County residents with the majority of the executive officers (for example: president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, etc.) residents of Xxxxxxx County. Documentation: List of Board of Directors including names, addresses and contact information.  Provide proof upon request to CCPR that 80% of its participants utilizing facilities in Xxxxxxx County as their “home” facility are Xxxxxxx County residents.  Provide proof to CCPR that at least 75% of youth participants are registered to participate in volunteer-based recreational sports programming. Documentation: Rosters and list of all programs under YSP’s umbrella.  Articles of incorporation / organization and YSP by-laws. o YSP’s shall operate programs under the guidance of the 2017 National Standards for Youth Sports (National Alliance for Youth Sports) focusing on the following core areas:  Child Centered Policies and Philosophies  Volunteers  Parents  Safe Playing Environment o Ensure that registration is open to all Xxxxxxx County residents and has a mandatory play policy for all participants. o Must not have exclusion pr...

  • Due Qualification The Servicer is duly qualified to do business as a foreign corporation, is in good standing and has obtained all necessary licenses and approvals, in all jurisdictions in which the ownership or lease of property or the conduct of its business (including the servicing of the Receivables as required by this Agreement) requires or shall require such qualification;

  • Performance Qualifications The Buyer reserves the right to investigate or inspect at any time whether the product, qualifications, or facilities offered by Respondent meet the Contract requirements. Respondent shall at all times during the Contract term remain responsive and responsible. In determining Respondent’s responsibility as a vendor, the agency shall consider all information or evidence which is gathered or comes to the attention of the agency which demonstrates the Respondent’s capability to fully satisfy the requirements of the solicitation and the contract. Respondent must be prepared, if requested by the Buyer, to present evidence of experience, ability, and financial standing, as well as a statement as to plant, machinery, and capacity of the respondent for the production, distribution, and servicing of the product bid. If the Buyer determines that the conditions of the solicitation documents are not complied with, or that the product proposed to be furnished does not meet the specified requirements, or that the qualifications, financial standing, or facilities are not satisfactory, or that performance is untimely, the Buyer may reject the response or terminate the Contract. Respondent may be disqualified from receiving awards if respondent, or anyone in respondent’s employment, has previously failed to perform satisfactorily in connection with public bidding or contracts. This paragraph shall not mean or imply that it is obligatory upon the Buyer to make an investigation either before or after award of the Contract, but should the Buyer elect to do so, respondent is not relieved from fulfilling all Contract requirements.

  • Staff Qualifications a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065.

  • Minimum Qualifications If applicable pursuant to Article 3, I acknowledge that the Bidder meets the minimum qualification requirements established for this solicitation.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated. Any transaction awarded prior to Contractor’s loss of such statuses may continue until completion, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Contract. Lot 1– For projects up to $200,000 total Eligibility for this Lot is limited to the following:  Contractor is a New York State Certified Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprise; or  Contractor meets the definition of a New York State Small Business which is as follows: o A business which is resident in New York State, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons (see State Finance Law section 160(8)).
