PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY. (“the PDPP”). During the Term, to the extent Licensor or any Licensor Personnel will (or are anticipated to be likely to): (i) Process any GE Data or GE Restricted Data; (ii) Access GE’s network, (iii) perform software code development, customization, modification, or analysis as part of the Services for GE; (iv) host Licensor Information Systems that Process or Access GE Data or Restricted Data; or (v) enter GE facilities for onsite Services, Licensor shall comply with the PDPP as found at the following URL: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/html/GEPolicies/download/GE_Privacy_and_Data_Protection_Terms_(August_2 014).pdf (a copy of which is attached as Attachment PDPP for Licensor’s reviewing convenience only). The defined terms set forth in this Section not otherwise defined in these terms shall have the meaning given to them in the PDPP. In the event of any inconsistency of such defined terms, the definitions set forth in the DPP shall prevail for purposes of interpreting the subject matter covered. The Parties mutually acknowledge that failure to comply with this provision shall be deemed a material breach.

Wiley shall cooperate fully with the Institution to (i) enable data subjects as defined in the GDPR to inspect their Personal Data; (ii) to enable such parties to have their Personal Data deleted or corrected; and/or (iii) to demonstrate to such parties that their Personal Data has been deleted or corrected if it is incorrect or, if the Institution disputes the position adopted by the party concerned, to record that the party concerned considers his/her Personal Data to be incorrect.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY. 32.1. Data Protection Legislation means any data protection legislation from time to time in force in the UK including the Data Protection Act 2018 or any successor legislation and (for so long as and to the extent that the law of the European Union has legal effect in the UK) the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and any other directly applicable European Union regulation relating to privacy. Data Controller, Data Processor, Data Subject, and Personal Data take the meaning given in the Data Protection Legislation. 32.2. The council is a Data Controller of Personal Data provided to it for this agreement. The council shall, where processing Personal Data on your behalf, ensure that it complies with your documented instruction regarding that Personal Data unless the council is required to do so otherwise by law. The subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing, the type of Personal Data and the categories of Data Subjects are set out at 32.6. 32.3. The council shall, where processing Personal Data on your behalf: 32.3.1. ensure that any persons authorised to process the Personal Data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation to confidentiality; 32.3.2. take all measures required pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR; 32.3.3. make available to you all necessary information to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in clause 32.2. 32.4. The council will process the information you provide for these terms and conditions in accordance with this clause 32. 32.5. As at the date of signature, you consent to the council appointing a third-party processor (a Data Processor) of Personal Data for this agreement. The third-party processor of Personal Data will enter into a written agreement with the council incorporating terms which are appropriate to the processing of the Personal Data. The council will remain fully liable for all acts or omissions of the third-party processor appointed by it. 32.6. Processing your personal data is necessary for the performance of this contract. Wiltshire Council will use your personal data for the purposes of administering your Booking (including fees and other sums due to us), vetting people applying for the Booking, access control, providing you with services such as maintaining training, fitness, health and diet records, compiling and administering Wiltshire Council databases and internal administration such as training, detection and preve...

Xxxxx may terminate access to Wiley Online Library by an Authorized User who breaches Wiley's Terms and Conditions ofUse or infringes the copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights in the Electronic Products, Wiley Online Library, or any other Wiley platform, and the Customer will assist Wiley as necessary. Either party may terminate this Agreement ifthe other party materially breaches its obligations under this Agreement and fails to cure such material breach, provided that the non-breaching party will give written notice of its intention to terminate and will allow the breaching party 60 days after receipt of such notice to remedy the breach. During the term of each applicable Appendix, the Customer may license additional Electronic Products under such Appendix and this Agreement. If the Term ofthe Agreement as set forth in subparagraph 7 .1. is extended, the term of the applicable Appendix( ces) will be automatically extended to run concurrently with the Term in order to allow the Customer to continue to license additional products under such Appendix in subsequent years. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Appendix term may never exceed the Term.

For example, Authorized Users are given the option of creating a My Profile Page where the Authorized User may store links to Licensed Electronic Products, favorite articles, chapters and entries and search criteria, but use of a My Profile Page is voluntary on the part of an Authorized User. Any private communications or information supplied to Wiley by an Authorized User may be used by Wiley for internal business and research purposes and to help enhance and develop Wiley InterScience but will not be shared with third parties. Wiley will only disclose to third parties navigational and transactional information in the form of anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (including “hits” on Wiley InterScience and the Licensed Electronic Products) and demographic information in forms that do not reveal an Authorized User’s or the Licensee’s identity or confidential information, except as required by law. Links may be provided from Wiley InterScience to other websites. In using such links, Authorized Users should be aware that each website will vary in terms of its privacy and data protection policies, and Wiley does not take responsibility for the privacy policies of and usage of personal information collected by others.
