Effectively Maintain Open Communication between all Members of the School Community (Students, Parents, Faculty, Staff, Community, and Board Members) and Myself. • Utilize meeting times (both administrative and faculty) for maximum productivity and efficiency: solicit all attendees ahead of time for agenda item proposals; develop and distribute clear agendas to all attendees; facilitate on-task discussions as per agenda. • Take any opportunity available to walk around the building before, during and after school to talk informally with staff and students about what is going on in the school. • Utilize established newsletters, mailings, phone calls, as well as multi-media mediums to keep parents & students informed of what is happening at school. • Develop weekly reports for the School Board of the events that are happening throughout the school building. • Be available 24/7 for anyone that may have an issue, problem, question, and/or concern about Xxxxxx High School.

The Administrator will respond to the educator’s proposed Professional Growth Plan within five (5) school days, approving the plan or citing need for revisions.

  • Professional Growth Plan A written plan, self-directed or jointly developed between the teacher and evaluator, designed for the sole purpose of continuing teacher growth focused on areas identified in the teacher’s observations and/or evaluation. The approved form for the Professional Growth Plan is found at Ohio ES.

  • Professional Growth Professional growth is the continuous purposeful engagement in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of classified unit members.

  • Professional Growth Program There shall be a Professional Growth Program in place for all classified employees. Professional Growth is an organized activity designed to improve performance of employees in the classified service and to provide training for employees to gain new skills and abilities, to broaden their opportunity for promotion, to engage in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of the classified employee.

  • Teacher Professional Growth Plan 9.1.1 Teacher Professional Growth Plans will consider but will not be required to include the School Division’s goals.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
