Program Pricing. InPulse™ shall provide to Client the specific charges and fees for each requested service as defined in attached addendums. InPulse™ reserves the right to modify these charges on the basis of a requested change in services by Client.

The List Price is exclusive of federal, state and local excise, sales, use and other taxes applied or imposed on the sale, shipment, delivery, ownership, possession or resale of Products or any other activities contemplated under this Agreement.

Certain pharmacy claims may be excluded by SCL from the Schedule’s guarantee calculations, including, but not limited to, (a) select generics, which are generic drugs that enter the market with supply limitations, two or less manufacturers, or competitive restrictions that limit marketplace competition;
