Promotional Eligibility List. Provided that at least three (3) candidates are certified to the Trustees for promotional appointment, the names of those certified candidates not selected for promotional appointment to the vacant Sergeant's position shall be placed on a promotional eligibility list. This list shall be used by the Trustees to fill the next vacancy in a Sergeant's position, which may occur within one year after certification is made to the Trustees to fill the vacant Sergeant's position.

Promotional Eligibility List. The final scores will be ranked in descending order (with the highest score first, lowest score last) on a list which will be called the promotional eligibility list. The list, with final scores attached, will consist of those applicants who receive a final rating of ''Highly Ready for Promotion" or "Ready for Promotion".
Promotional Eligibility List. A Promotional Eligibility List will be established by the Board of Trustees using the following process:
Promotional Eligibility List. A list shall be posted in ranking order (high score at top, low score at bottom). This list will be posted at all Department facilities, with a copy sent to the Union President. This list will be posted in accordance with established Department Policy and Procedures. Members included within the bargaining unit are expected to accept a promotion that they are offered; upon declining a promotion, the member will be removed from the list and will not be eligible for promotion for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of declination.
Promotional Eligibility List. The top 30 candidates for Lieutenant and the top 20 candidates for Captain, as determined by the compilation of scores by the Personnel Department, will be placed on the Promotional Eligibility List for two full fiscal years beginning July 1, of even numbered years and ending upon promotion or expiration of the list on June 30 two years after the list becomes effective. Any candidate thus established on the promotional eligibility list who is thereafter placed on disciplinary probation or disciplinary suspension shall not be considered for promotion during the term of his or her suspension or probation. Should the candidate’s disciplinary suspension or disciplinary probation end prior to the end of the fiscal year, he or she shall be considered for promotion from the list in their original position relative to that of other candidates remaining on the list. The candidate’s name shall then remain on the list until the time of his or her promotion, or the expiration of the list.
Promotional Eligibility List. A. Upon the completion of the promotional process for the ranks of Sergeant, the department will establish and maintain a final ranking eligibility list, in descending order, of those candidates who successfully complete the assessment process, but were not the top performer. This list will be maintained for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the completion of the assessment process.
Promotional Eligibility List. When the vacancy is not filled through the procedures above, the top three (3) ranks of available eligibles shall be certified.
Promotional Eligibility List. A promotional eligibility list shall be established consisting of those employees who have qualified for promotion. This list shall exist for six (6) months or until such time as no employees remain on the list. During this period of time promotions to the position for which the list was established shall be made from among the employees on that list.
