R epresentation. Representation at each meeting shall be limited to not more than six (6) representatives of the Board which includes the Board consultant, and not more than six (6) representatives of the Association which includes the OEA/NEA Labor Relations Consultant. At the initial session each party shall designate its representatives and only those so designated shall attend the subsequent meetings, unless the parties agree otherwise.
R epresentation. UFF shall have the exclusive right to represent any in-unit employee in a 52 grievance unless an employee elects self-representation or to be represented by legal 53 counsel. If an employee elects not to be represented by UFF, the University shall promptly 54 inform UFF in writing of the grievance. No resolution of any individually processed 55 grievance shall be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and for this purpose, UFF 56 shall have the right to have an observer present at all meetings called to discuss such 57 grievance and shall be sent copies of all decisions at the same time as they are sent to the 58 other parties. 59
R epresentation. No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be carried out, the Union will supply the Employer with the names of its officers. R epresentation. Retailer represents and warrants to Manufacturer that all information provided by Retailer on the Agreement is true and complete. Furthermore, Retailer acknowledges that it is expressly forbidden from engaging in the international sales of Manufacturer Products. Approved Retailers are only authorized to sell Manufacturer’s Products to end consumers within the United States and its territories. V III. CONDITIONS FOR USE OF DROP SHIPPERS AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT CENTERS “Drop Shippers” are defined as entities appointed by Retailer to distribute Product. “Third-Party Fulfillment Centers” are defined as third party entities that, on behalf of the Retailer, store Product, receive customer Product orders, package Product in response to the customer orders, and ship the ordered Product to the end customer.
