R epresentation. A representative of the employee's choice, at the employee's request, may accompany the employee in this inspection.
R epresentation. Representation at each meeting shall be limited to not more than six (6) representatives of the Board which includes the Board consultant, and not more than six (6) representatives of the Association which includes the OEA/NEA Labor Relations Consultant. At the initial session each party shall designate its representatives and only those so designated shall attend the subsequent meetings, unless the parties agree otherwise.
R epresentation. UFF shall have the exclusive right to represent any in-unit employee in a 52 grievance unless an employee elects self-representation or to be represented by legal 53 counsel. If an employee elects not to be represented by UFF, the University shall promptly 54 inform UFF in writing of the grievance. No resolution of any individually processed 55 grievance shall be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and for this purpose, UFF 56 shall have the right to have an observer present at all meetings called to discuss such 57 grievance and shall be sent copies of all decisions at the same time as they are sent to the 58 other parties. 59
R epresentation. No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be carried out, the Union will supply the Employer with the names of its officers. Similarly, the Employer will, if requested, supply the Union with a list of its supervisory or other personnel with whom the Union may be required to transact business.
R epresentation. Retailer represents and warrants to Manufacturer that all information provided by Retailer on the Agreement is true and complete. Failure to complete this agreement with true and complete information will cause Retailer to be considered unauthorized and Retailer will be expressly forbidden from engaging in the sale of Manufacturer Product, using any copyrights or trademarks of Manufacturer and will be restricted from purchasing Product. To the extent that Retailer subsequently seeks to sell the Product through a storefront and/or channel not disclosed in the original Agreement, separate approval is required from Manufacturer. Failure to do so will be considered a violation of this agreement. V II. C OMPLIANCE WITH SELLING POLICIES By signing below, Retailer acknowledges receipt of the terms and conditions of the MAP Policy, including Manufacturer’s right to discontinue doing business with any Retailer that advertises below the prices set forth in the MAP Policy. Furthermore, Retailer acknowledges that it is expressly forbidden from engaging in the international sales of Manufacturer Products. Approved Retailers are only authorized to sell Manufacturer’s Products to end consumers within the United States and its territories. V III. CONDITIONS FOR USE OF DROP SHIPPERS AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT CENTERS “Drop Shippers” are defined as entities appointed by Retailer to distribute Product. “Third-Party Fulfillment Centers” are defined as third party entities that, on behalf of the Retailer, store Product, receive customer Product orders, package Product in response to the customer orders, and ship the ordered Product to the end customer.
R epresentation. 5.6.1 An individual unit member shall have the right to process his/her grievance without intervention by the Association, provided that the District shall not agree to a resolution of the grievance until the Association has received a copy of the grievance and the proposed resolution, and has been given the opportunity to file a response. The Association shall file its response, if any, within 10 days of receipt of the proposed resolution.
R epresentation. 4:01 The Employer shall recognize up to ten (10) committeepersons from the bargaining unit one (1) of whom shall be Chairperson and one (1) of whom shall be the Vice- Chairperson. Each committeeperson shall be an employee with at least one (1) year's seniority. Further, it is understood not more than two (2) committeepersons from any one (1) department will attend at meetings between the Hospital and the Union, unless agreed to otherwise.
R epresentation. All employees upon request shall be entitled to have a representative 24 25 26 36.6 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 present during all steps of the Corrective Action/Dismissal Process. All employees upon request shall be entitled to have a representative present during meetings that are investigatory in nature and may reasonably be expected to result in implementation of the Corrective Action/Dismissal Process at Formal Counseling or higher.
R epresentation. The Association shall have the right to have its representatives contact employees and make school visitations during the workday by observing normal check-in procedures through the Principal's Office. Such contact shall not interfere with the employee's work.
R epresentation. The employee may be represented by an association representative or attorney of his or her choice at all stages of the proceedings. All costs associated with such representation shall be borne by the employee. The City shall also be entitled to representation at all stages of the proceedings.
