Recording Attendance Clause Samples
The Recording Attendance clause establishes the requirement and method for documenting the presence of individuals at meetings, events, or other official gatherings. Typically, this involves maintaining an attendance log or register, which may be signed by participants or recorded electronically, and can apply to board meetings, training sessions, or contractual site visits. Its core practical function is to provide a verifiable record of who was present, ensuring accountability and supporting compliance with organizational or legal requirements.
