HOURS AND SCHEDULE. It is understood that the agreement allows for ten hours per week, which includes the regular Sunday worship service, choir practice, music team practice, administrative duties and personal preparation time.
HOURS AND SCHEDULE. One tour of duty consists of two regular duty shifts. Each regular duty shift is from 0700 hours until 0700 hours the following day. One tour of duty is considered a scheduled shift day beginning at 0700 hours and continues for 48 consecutive hours until 0700 hours the third day, unless involved in an emergency response. Daily station duties shall be performed based on the posted Daily Duty Schedule. The Employees agree to complete necessary and assigned tasks in a timely manner and maintain regular work hours from 0800-1630. Employees are to be in uniform and ready at 0700 for each duty shift in the tour of duty. The Employer recognizes that recovery periods during shifts may be necessary due to call volume or workload. It shall be the responsibility of the ranking officer or senior member to inform the Fire Chief of the need for recovery periods throughout the tour.

HOURS AND SCHEDULE. 18.01 Full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall work an eight-hour shift, forty (40) hours per week and eighty (80) hours per fourteen day work period, and normally have two con- secutive days off, or, by employee agreement, eighty hours per fourteen day work period (2080 hours per year). Bargaining unit members that count towards any staffing level normally shall be scheduled to work the same hours of the day as the previous work day. The Employer may change shifts, hours of work per week, and hours of work per year to the extent deemed neces- sary or advisable by the Employer for the purposes of complying with Federal and State law which is or may become applicable to employees covered by this Agreement.
HOURS AND SCHEDULE. 11.01 Up to thirty-three (33) Employees shall be assigned to a forty-nine (49) hour work week in a three platoon system of twenty-four (24) hours of continuous duty commencing at 8:00 a.m., followed by forty-eight (48) continuous off-duty hours. The addition of employees to the Fire Division beyond thirty fire fighters may result in variations to this scheduling system for the number of employees beyond the basic thirty-three person cadre. Such a plan shall be presented and discussed with the union in a Labor Management Committee meeting at least sixty days in advance of the implementation any changes. In order to maintain the forty-nine (49) hour workweek, the Employer shall develop a system where employees assigned to twenty-four hour shifts will select 24 hour shifts throughout the calendar year when they will be off-duty. This twenty-four (24) hour continuous off-duty period shall be known as a “xxxxx xxx.” (The parties intend by this language to continue their present practices).   • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.
