REFUND INFORMATION. The Application Fee is not refundable except in instances where applicants withdraw their application for admission before an admissions decision is made. Applicants may write a formal request for a refund of the Application Fee to their personal Admissions Advisor. If approved, refunds will be available to the applicant within 30 days of the submission of the formal request and the refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the applicant to pay the fee. Students have the right to withdraw from a course of instruction at any time. Students who remain in their course beyond the course withdrawal deadline are not eligible for a refund of the Assessment Fee. The Assessment Fee is only refundable in instances where the University has canceled a student's course or if the student's work was not assessed at all during the course. The Student Tuition Recovery Fund fee paid on behalf of eligible Californians is not refundable and any Course Assessment Fee refund will be reduced by the amount of any applicable Student Tuition Recovery Fund fee. The University will not refund Course Assessment Fees paid for exams that have been taken. REFUND INFORMATION. The student has the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of charges paid trough attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is the later but not including the registration fee, cost of book(s), tools, live scan and physical exam however graduation fee and national exam fee are refunded, if the student has already paid for them. A student may not cancel by telephoning the school or not attending the class. After the end of cancellation period, the student also has the right to stop school at any time; and has the right to receive a pro rata refund if the student has completed 60 percent or less of the program less the registration fee, cost of book(s) and uniform. The refund is to be paid within 45 days after the cancellation date. The institution notifies the student in writing of the termination of the student’s enrollment for failure to maintain satisfactory progress; failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution; absence in excess of the maximum set forth by the institution; and/or failure to meet the financial obligations to the school. c. The student has failed to attend class for three (3) class weeks without discussion with the institution and agreement of a plan for completing the work missed. d. For the purposes of determining the amount of the refund, the date of the student’s withdrawal shall be deemed the last date of recorded attendance. e. REFUND INFORMATION. You may withdraw from the program through 60% of your period of financial obligation and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the tuition. Your period of financial obligation is indicated on your enrollment agreement. After you study for 60% of your period of financial obligation, no refund is available. For example, if you enrolled for and paid for 12 weeks of study (48 class days of financial obligation), you could withdraw and receive a prorated refund through the first day of the 8th week (29 class days of financial obligation). After the first day of the 8th week there would be no refund available (29/48 = 60.4% = over 60% of period of financial obligation). If after your original 12 weeks you extended your studies for 4 additional weeks and paid tuition for these 4 weeks (16 class days of financial obligation), you could withdraw and receive a prorated refund through the first day of the 3rd week (9 class days of financial obligation). After the first day of the 3rd week there would be no refund available (10/16 = 62.5% = over 60% of period of financial obligation). REFUND INFORMATION. Students who wish to withdraw from the program or course must submit a written request for voluntary withdrawal to the xxxx or program director, who will evaluate the student’s request.
