You must be a consumer or operating under your SSN (Sole Proprietor) enrolled in nbkc Online & Mobile Banking in order to transfer funds between your Accounts with us and accounts at other financial institutions (“External Transfers”). External Transfers are outbound and inbound transfers that move funds to or from one of your eligible Accounts with us to or from a registered account at another financial institution. An “Inbound” transfer moves funds into an Account you own with nbkc bank from an account you own outside of nbkc bank. An “Outbound” transfer moves funds from an Account you own at nbkc bank to an account outside nbkc bank that is owned by you or for which you otherwise have the authority to transfer funds. You will need to enroll each non-Bank account that you wish to use for External Transfers. Scheduling External Transfers. External Transfers can be scheduled (or initiat- ed) on either a one-time basis or a recurring basis. One-time transfers may be scheduled to be sent immediately or scheduled to be sent on a future date. The recurring transfer feature may be used when a set amount is transferred at reg- ular intervals. One-time future-dated or future recurring transfers scheduled for a weekend or a non-Business Day will be processed on the prior Business Day. All other one-time future-dated and recurring transfers will be processed at the end of the Business Day requested. The cut-off time and delivery date of External Transfers is set forth in Online Banking and/or in this Agreement. When Transfers are Debited/Credited to/from Your Account(s). Transfers initiated before Cut-Off Time: Funds involving an External Transfer from your Account with us (Outbound) will be debited from your Account and credited to the receiving non-nbkc bank account on the next Business Day after you initiate the transfer. Funds involving Inbound transfers will be debited from the external, non-nbkc bank account and credited to the receiving nbkc bank Account on the next Business Day after you initiate the transfer. Funds credited to the receiv- ing nbkc bank account may not be available for use until the 2 business day Transfers initiated after Cut-Off Time. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept the Terms on their behalf. If you are registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You may not make your access credentials or account available to others outside your organization, and you are responsible for all activities that occur using your credentials.
Registration and Access. To access this Platform, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of this Platform that all of the information you provide will be correct, current, and complete. You shall ensure that any of Your employees or contractors having access rights to the Services or the Site who are terminated (either voluntarily or involuntarily) or who no longer require access to the Services or the Site will have their access rights terminated. You shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use of the Services and the Site by Your employees, contractors and other third parties and agree to report to Bitglass promptly any unauthorized access to or use of the Services or the Site of which You become aware during the term of this Agreement. Each of Your employees and contractors who access the Services and the Site, upon accepting this Agreement or accessing the Services or the Site, agree to comply with all of the terms and restrictions related to use of the Services and the Site as set forth herein. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, You must ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement by each of Your employees and contractors, and other individuals under Your control, who access or use the Services or the Site. In addition to any other remedies available to it hereunder, Bitglass reserves the right to terminate the account and access rights of any individual if Bitglass believes in good faith that such individual has violated the terms of Section 3.2 or Section 5.2 of this Agreement. You agree that (i) you will only register eligible non-Bank accounts (i.e., accounts at financial institutions other than LendingClub Bank) on which you are an individual or joint owner, or for which you otherwise have the authority to transfer funds, and (ii) you will only use External Transfers for transferring funds between your consumer Accounts with us and registered consumer accounts at other financial institutions.

Registration and Access. 2.1 We do not charge you a fee to access and use the iDeliver Platform.
2.2 To access and use the iDeliver Platform, you must be registered by the Customer who will create and setup an account on your behalf on the iDeliver Platform (User Profile). Your User Profile will be operated by a User ID and password (Password) which can be changed any time by you accessing the User Access Portal. To setup a User Profile on the iDeliver Platform, you will be required to provide Personal Information to us.
2.3 You are responsible for:
(a) maintaining control over, and the confidentiality of, your User Profile, User ID and Password;
(b) keeping your User Profile registration information current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You must not impersonate another account holder or provide false identity information to gain access to or use the iDeliver Platform;
(c) notifying us in writing of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your User Profile, User ID or Password; and
(d) for all activities or transactions that occur using your User Profile. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, any unauthorised access or use of, your User Profile, User ID and Password
2.4 At any time, you may edit, update or change your User Profile.
Registration and Access. 2.1 Xxxx IOT-Account is exclusively addressed to entrepreneurs (as defined by Section 14 of the German Civil Code – BGB) and not to consumers. The only customers entitled to access and use Xxxx IOT-Account are those authorized by us on the basis of these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Customer”, “you”). Cus- tomers can only be legal persons and natural persons of unlimited legal capacity and partnerships that are merchants as defined by the German Commercial Code (HGB) and that act in a commercial capacity.
2.2 Authorization calls for registration on Xxxx IOT-Account, including the entries provided for to that end (in particular: first name, surname, email address, com- pany, company address). The Customer designates a main contact person who arranges the registration and/or subsequently books Services for the Customer. This contact must be sufficiently qualified, reliable and authorized to conclude corresponding contracts for the Customer (“Customer Administrator”). The Cus- tomer Administrator is required to provide full and truthful entries. In the event of a change in data after registration, the Customer is required to correct the infor- mation on Xxxx IOT-Account without delay and/or if this is not possible, to notify us without delay of the relevant changes (“Change notice”). Change notices can only be given in writing, by facsimile or email.
2.3 The right granted to the Customer with the authorization to make use of the offer by Xxxx XXX-Account (“Xxxx IOT-Account Access”) is only conferred once per customer and only applies to the Customer’s own internal business purposes, cannot be sublicensed and is non-transferable. Multiple registrations per cus- tomer are prohibited.
2.4 The user interface made accessible by Xxxx IOT-Account Access may be used by the Customer’s employees who are authorized to use it (“Service Us- ers”). When they register, Service Users become authorized for the Services concerned and they receive their own access data. There is no separate contrac- tual user relationship between us and the Service Users. The access data must not be conveyed or made accessible to third parties.
2.5 Use of the Service for purposes other than those provided for in this use agreement is prohibited unless we gave our explicit prior approval.
Registration and Access. 3.1 Before being able to use the Services, the Customer must register for an account. The Customer must provide complete and accurate information – as requested by Xxxxx – to register for an account. Upon having duly registered an account, the Customer becomes an "Authorized User". The Customer must not make the access credentials to its account available to any third parties. The Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under its account.
3.2 Skwiz grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service during the Term of the Agreement on the Internet through registered account credentials solely for: (a) Customer's business purposes,

In order to use any of the services and content provided by CIRSE Library and CIRSE Academy, the Customer has to register for a personal user account via the respective website. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his user account and for all activities that occur on or through Customer’s user account, and the Customer agrees to immediately notify CIRSE Society of any security breach of his user account. CIRSE Society shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of his user account.
3.2. The contract between CIRSE Society and the Customer for the purchase of the service and/or content shall be concluded by the execution and termination of the order process of the All-Access Pass 2021 by the Customer and by confirmation and acceptance of the order by CIRSE Congress Innovation Research GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "CIRSE GmbH"). The confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the Customer.
3.3. Online access to the services and content of CIRSE Academy or CIRSE Library to be paid for by the Customer will be granted only after receipt of payment by CIRSE GmbH.
3.4. The use of the services and contents offered via CIRSE Library and CIRSE Academy requires an active data connection. The Customer is solely responsible for all technical requirements for online access. Any costs related thereto shall be borne by the Customer.
3.5. CIRSE Society is entitled to temporarily limit the availability of the content offered through CIRSE Academy and CIRSE Library in the course of maintenance work. This may be necessary with regard to capacity limits, the security or the integrity of the services and content or for the implementation of technical measures. The Customer undertakes to inform CIRSE Society immediately of any disturbances in the use of the contents and CIRSE Society will keep the Customers duly informed of the status of access to the contents of CIRSE Academy and CIRSE Library.
3.6. CIRSE Society cannot be held liable in case of delay, malfunction, or disruption in displaying the content on CIRSE Academy and CIRSE Library, unless CIRSE Society acts in gross negligence or wilfully. Due to the nature of the internet and mobile devices, CIRSE Society accepts no liability for the uninterrupted availability of CIRSE Academy and CIRSE Library.
