REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFITS. The compensation and benefits described in this Agreement are subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying policies and/or plan documents and award agreements governing such compensation or benefits. In the event of any discrepancy, the underlying policies, plan documents or award agreements prevail.
REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFITS. 4.1 The Employee is entitled to a gross monthly salary amounting to SEK 175,000 per month. The salary is paid in accordance with Neonode’s prevalent payment routines. The gross monthly salary will be reviewed on an annual basis. Neonode is under no obligation to award an increased salary following a salary review. There shall be no review of the salary after notice has been given by either party to terminate the employment.

REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFITS. 4.1 In consideration for the performance of his/her duties hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to receive with effect from the Commencement Date during the term of the Employment a salary at the rate of [insert] per annum payable by 12 monthly instalments, each such instalment being payable in arrears into an account in the name of the Executive designated by the Executive to the Company on the last business day of each calendar month provided that if the Employment is terminated prior to the end of a calendar month, the Executive shall only be entitled to a proportionate part of such salary in respect of the period of Employment during the relevant month up to the date of termination. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Executive also serves as a director on the Board, the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for his/her director's position; provided, however, that the Company may reimburse him/her for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with discharging his/her director's duties as provided in the relevant service agreement for such directorship.

All due remuneration and other prescribed benefits for the Branch Manager will be paid ONLY after the monthly collection and the monthly collection reports are submitted and approved by the accounts department. The accounts department shall clear records with five working days of the submission of complete report. Incomplete reports may cause delays in the processing and releasing of remuneration and other prescribed benefits.
REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFITS. 4.1 The basic remuneration of the Member of the Supervisory Board for performance of the office is CZK 100,000 per month / CZK 280.000 for the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and is due monthly in the calendar month following the month in which the Member of the Supervisory Board became entitled to it on the Company’s regular pay day and should be paid by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the Member of the Supervisory Board. In addition to the basic remuneration the Member of the Supervisory Board is entitled to a yearly bonus under the conditions set out by the General Meeting, where the determining criterion for granting an annual bonus is the participation of a member of the Supervisory Board in a meeting of the Supervisory Board. The amount of this remuneration corresponds to up to twelve times the amount of the basic monthly remuneration of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board / six times the amount of the basic monthly remuneration of a member of the Supervisory Board. The annual evaluation of the remuneration will be carried out once a year, no later than 30 June of the following year, by the General Meeting of the Company. The annual remuneration is due monthly in the month following the month in which the annual bonus was approved by the General Meeting, together with the basic remuneration paid under the conditions of this Article 4.1. The extra bonus up to twelve times the amount of the basic monthly remuneration may also be granted to a member of the Supervisory Board by the General Meeting.
