Report and Recommendations. 1. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notification of the designation of the third expert, the Group shall deliver to the Committee its joint report. The report shall consist of two parts. The first, of a descriptive nature, shall contain an outline of the case and the arguments presented by the parties, and may reflect the opinions of individual experts, which shall remain anonymous. The second shall contain the findings of the Group.
2. Should the Group conclude that the matter referred to it pursuant to the provisions of Article 9.3 is inconsistent with a provision of this Agreement, the Group shall recommend to the Committee that the party or parties concerned conform with that provision.
3. Unless there is consensus in the Committee not to accept the recommendations of the Group, the Committee shall, within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the report, recommend that the party or parties concerned bring the measure into conformity with this Agreement,
Report and Recommendations. The Committee shall issue its report and recommendations on a date to be mutually agreed upon at the time of ratification of the contract, and shall forward such report and recommendations to the Chief Negotiators for the District and the Association for negotiation purposes.
Report and Recommendations. The Monitor shall provide a quarterly Report and Recommendation to the Court during the term of this Consent Decree. The Monitor shall have the authority to recommend to the parties and to the Court practices, policies and other measures that are appropriate or necessary to ensure that each Defendant’s stop, search, and seizure practices and policies are in compliance with this Consent Decree, the Fourteenth Amendment, and Articles 2 and 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. The Monitor shall bring to the attention of the Court any policies, practices, and other measures necessary for each Defendant’s compliance with this Consent Decree only after the Monitor first brings such policies, practices, and other measures to the attention of each Defendant pursuant to Section IV.D of this Consent Decree. The Monitor shall review any Complaints (as defined by Section 614.021 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure) or reports of non- compliance, investigate the same, and report the Monitor’s findings of non- compliance, if any, to the Court.
Report and Recommendations. Using the information gathered by the investigative team and in consultation with the investigative team, the Director of Human Resources will prepare a formal report consisting of the complaint, the response of the respondent, the investigative team’s findings, and a recommendation of the appropriate action(s) to be taken. The report will be retained by the Director of Human Resources.
Report and Recommendations. 11.1 Following the return of the IMR, thorough analysis and discussion by the SAR panel, the panel members along with the independent report writer will agree the key findings and recommendations for inclusion in the final report. In developing the recommendations, it is proposed that conversations take place with the organisation they relate to, to ensure suitability and relevance. The agency responsible for delivering the action will be engaged in outlining the specific and measurable outcomes needed to enhance learning.
11.2 The SAR report will include an analysis of what happened and why; identify the actions required to prevent a reoccurrence; and contain findings that are of practical value to organisations and professionals.
11.3 Where appropriate, arrangements will be made to share the report and its findings with the individual(s), and / or their family and carers. Where possible and practicable the individual(s) and / or family and carer will be consulted with to agree how the person(s) in the review will be referred to.
11.4 The chair of the SAR panel must ensure that all agencies that contributed by completing an IMR are satisfied that their information is fairly represented in the final report.
11.5 The final report will be reviewed by the SAR subgroup before being signed off by the SSAB.
11.6 An executive summary will also be agreed which outlines the issues and highlights the recommendations.
Report and Recommendations. 239.2 (10) If, after making an investigation, the investigator is of the opinion that the meeting or part of the meeting that was the subject-matter of the investigation appears to have been closed to the public contrary to section 239 or to a procedure by-law under subsection 238 (2), the investigator shall report his or her opinion and the reasons for it to the municipality or local board, as the case may be, and may make such recommendations as he or she thinks fit.
Report and Recommendations. The TRC is notified of the application and reviews it for compliance with City plans and regulations, coordinates necessary permit reviews and identifies the development’s environmental impacts. The TRC consists of representatives from Fire, Parks, Public Works, Planning, and the Administration Department. The applicant is mailed a copy of the report, and it is also forwarded to the Planning Commission as part of the record for the hearing.
Report and Recommendations. The external QIE(s) will provide a report on the results of the analyses required by this Agreement, as set forth in the preceding paragraphs (the “Report”). The Report must include a list of recommendations for changes and improvements necessary for LHH to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable federal participation requirements. Once the Report and recommendations are approved by CMS, these recommendations shall form the basis for the plan to implement the recommendations and necessary improvements (the “Action Plan”), as provided in Paragraph 11.
Report and Recommendations a) Prepare a written report presenting the findings and recommendations of the Assessment of Water Supply Strategies. The report will include the following major heading topics:
i) Executive Summary
ii) Existing and Future Treated Water Demand and Supply Requirements
(1) City of Xxxxxxxx Projections
(2) Texas Water Development Board Projections
iii) Existing Treated Water Supply Resources, Contracts and Commitments
iv) Additional Water Supply Options This section of the report will identify additional water supply source locations, volumes available, opinion of probable cost, and operation and maintenance projections (if applicable) for:
(1) Treated Water Supplies
(2) Groundwater Supplies
(3) Raw Water Supplies
v) Additional Water Source Capital Improvement Plan
(1) The capital improvement plan will identify potential and probable additional water supply projects in graphical format and in a project summary list.
vi) Report Summary, Conclusions and Recommendations

Report and Recommendations a. By December 15, 2014, the District, in collaboration with the Equity Consultant, will analyze the results of the Review and Assessment.
b. By December 15, 2014, the District will produce a written report summarizing the results of the Review and Assessment and any recommendations made in response thereto, including any recommended modifications of eligibility and selection criteria for participation in the District’s GATE program, middle school honors courses and high school honors and AP courses, in order to facilitate the District’s efforts to provide all students with equal access and an equal opportunity to participate in such programs and courses.
c. Modifications to the eligibility and selection criteria for participation in the District’s GATE program, middle school honors courses and high school honors and AP courses that are recommended by the District shall be reviewed and approved by OCR.
