Reservation Policy. For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, 100% of the total amount of your stay is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled Rental Period Start Date, or your reservation may be canceled. Reservations made less than 30 days are required to be paid in full within 48 hours of your reservation acceptance.
