Reservation Policy. (i) Long-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service shall be available on a first-come, first-served basis i.e., in the chronological sequence in which each Transmission Customer has requested service. (ii) Reservations for Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service will be conditional based upon the length of the requested transaction or reservation. However, Pre-Confirmed Applications for Short-Term Firm Point- to-Point Transmission Service will receive priority over earlier-submitted requests that are not Pre-Confirmed and that have equal or shorter duration. Among requests or reservations with the same duration and pre-confirmation status (Pre- Confirmed or not confirmed), priority will be given to an Eligible Customer’s request or reservation based on the earliest date and time of the request or reservation. (iii) If the Transmission System becomes oversubscribed, requests for service may preempt competing reservations that involve the same source or sink Control Area or controllable device/contract path interface up to the following deadlines: one day before the commencement of daily service, one week before the commencement of weekly service, and one month before the commencement of monthly service. Before the conditional reservation deadline, if available transfer capability is insufficient to satisfy all requests and reservations, an Eligible Customer with a reservation for shorter term service or equal duration service and lower price has the right of first refusal to match any longer term request or equal duration service with a higher price before losing its reservation priority. A longer term competing request for Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service will be granted if the Eligible Customer with the right of first refusal does not agree to match the competing request within 24 hours (or earlier if necessary to comply with the scheduling deadlines provided in Section 13.8) from being notified by the Transmission Provider of a longer-term competing request for Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service. When a longer duration request preempts multiple shorter duration reservations, the shorter duration reservations shall have simultaneous opportunities to exercise the right of first refusal. Reservation Policy. Events at the Wainfleet Firefighters Memorial Community Hall are booked on a first come first serve basis up to a maximum of 12 months in advance (e.g. an event on May 1st, 2015 can be booked no earlier than May 1st, 2014). Should you wish to reserve the facility for your annual event, please provide the necessary rental & damage deposit cheques and rental agreement as early as possible to secure the facility for your event. The Township accepts post-dated cheques (dated 1 week prior to rental) to secure the rental.

A reservation may be forfeited if the golfer making same does not check in with the Starter at least fifteen minutes prior to the assigned starting time. A reservation may also be forfeited when only one of a group having a reserved time is present fifteen minutes prior to tee-off time. If a reservation is forfeited, the players involved may be registered on the Call Sheet in priority order if they so desire. 6. Reservations are not transferable to another player. If a reservation is canceled, the Starter will offer the time to the next applicant, or if the time is open on the day of play, it will be filled with names from the Call Sheet in the order listed. 7. Permanent starting times will not be assigned at any time, however, the Operator may have one reserved time per hour on Saturday, Sunday and holidays to allow for possible human error during the reservation process. 8. If, for any reason, the Course is closed the entire day, all golf play reservations for that day will be canceled. If the Course is closed only temporarily, players whose reservations are the earliest starting time of the day will be the first group off the tee and all other times will follow in sequence. The Starter will make every effort to get all players on the golf course as soon as possible. Players unable to begin at their assigned starting times due to inclement weather will be reassigned starting times at the discretion of the Starter. 9. The City may schedule use of the golf course as a setting for official business. Appropriate activities include promotion of economic development or intergovernmental relations. Provisional bookings (without deposit) will be held by Vayeni as per the below and are subject to the stipulated cancellation policy if no further notification from the client has been presented to Vayeni regarding his/her booking the following time limits apply: 1.1.3.1. 120 days or more prior to travel - Four (4) weeks / 28 days 1.1.3.2. 91 days or more prior to travel – Three (3) weeks / 21 days 1.1.3.3. 61 days or more prior to travel – Two (2) weeks / 14 days 1.1.3.4. 31 days or more prior to travel – One (1) week / 7 days 1.1.3.5. 30 days or fewer prior to travel – No provisional booking can be made
