Returning from Medical Leave. An employee on a medical leave of absence under this Section must notify human resources or his/her administrative designee in writing, at least one (1) week prior to his/her intention to return from leave.

Returning from Medical Leave. ‌ With few exceptions, when employees return from your Family medical leave they will return to their former position. Employees are expected to return promptly when the leave expires. Normally employees should provide the Company with at least 2 days’ notice of the anticipated return. Failure to return to work following the maximum allowable absence may result in the loss of reinstatement rights.
Returning from Medical Leave. A health associate on a medical leave of absence under this Section must notify human resources or their administrative designee in writing, at least one (1) week prior to their intention to return from leave. a) If the health associate is returning from a personal medical leave of absence, the health associate must also provide medical verification from a qualified healthcare provider of the health associate’s release from medical restrictions allowing them to return to full capacity at work. The health associate may provide medical verification from a qualified healthcare provider of the health associate’s work restrictions due to the health associate’s serious medical condition, and the School District will attempt to accommodate those restrictions if possible. b) Upon return from a medical leave, the health associate shall be returned to the former position held from which the health associate was granted the leave, or an equivalent position should that position no longer be available or the School District determines the timing of the health associate’s return would interfere with student achievement.

  • Personal Medical Leave 1. Accrued 100% sick leave may be used at the employee's discretion. Such leave may be taken before or after the vacation described in No. 3 below.

All intermittent medical leaves will be addressed according to FMLA regulations.

  • Family Medical Leave (a) An employee is entitled to family medical leave in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
