Safety Shoes and Safety Glasses. A. Where the Employer requires employees to wear safety shoes, the Employer will furnish such shoes beginning with the first day of employment. These employees may, at the employee’s discretion, be provided with a sum of money equal to the Employer’s cost of the shoes toward the cost of buying safety boots.

Safety Shoes and Safety Glasses. Section. 1. The Authority will reimburse full and part-time employees required by Management to wear safety shoes on a three (3) year basis. The reimbursement amount shall not exceed $250 for fulltime employees and $175 for part-time employees for the duration of the contract, and shall be paid upon submission of original purchase receipts.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. Wet Weather All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes.
