SCHEDULE PLAN. Those employees who have paid up annuities in the Maintenance and Ancillary Pension (known as and elect to retire on June 30th following or coincident with their 65th birthday will now have their pension benefits in the Plan actuarially reduced. This requirement now the normal retirement date for those enrolled in the Pension Plan into line with those enrolled exclusively in the Pension Plan for Academic and Administrative Staff. SCHEDULE GROUP LIFE AND SURVIVOR INCOME PLAN The Employer shall continue to provide at no cost to the employee, basic Life Insurance cow-age in accordance with the provisions and regulations of the University of Toronto Group Life and Income Plan for Members of the Academic and Administrative Staff during the term of this Agreement. The Employer and the employees shall continue to make contributions to the University of Toronto Group Life and Income Plan for members of the Academic and Administrative Staff in accordance with the provisions and regulations of the said plan for all employees who elect to receive additional life insurance coverage. The Employer shall have the right to amend or change the Group Life and Income Plan for Members of the Academic and Administration Staff during the term of this Agreement. SCHEDULE LONG TERM PLAN by the of Staff. The Employer shall contribute eighty (80) percent of the monthly premium for employees covered Toronto Long Term Disability Plan for Members of the Academic and The Employer and the employees shall continue to make contributions the University of Long Term Disability Plan for of the Academic and Staff, in accordance with the provisions and regulationsof the said plan during the term of this Agreement. As a condition of continued an employee cowred by the terms of this Agreement must be enrolled in the University of Toronto Long Term Disability Plan for Members of the Academic and Staff. The Employer shall have the right amend or change the said Long Term Disability Plan for Members of the Academic and Administrative Staff during the term of this Agreement. SCHEDULE VI: DENTAL CARE PLAN The Employer agrees to contribute not less than eighty (80) percent of the premiums for employees participating in the University of Toronto Dental Care Plan. The parties agree to be governed by the provisions and regulations of the said plan for the term of this Agreement.   • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

To the extent Schedule A is amended to add a Fund, Fund must provide Transfer Agent with the documents listed in Section 2.2 of this Agreement in relation to such Fund on a timeline mutually agreed by the parties.

  • Benefit Plans and Programs To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of any such plan or program, Executive will be eligible to participate in all benefit plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, that are maintained by the Company generally for executive employees of the Company, subject to the eligibility requirements and other terms and conditions of those plans and programs. The Company will not, however, by reason of this Section 5(b) be obligated either (1) to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, or discontinuing any such benefit plan or program, or (2) to provide Executive with all benefits provided to any other person or individual employed by the Company or any of its affiliates.

  • Amendment to Schedule 2 1. Schedule 2.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in the form attached as Schedule II hereto.

  • Budgets and Leasing Plans On or before November 15 of each calendar year, the Manager shall prepare and submit to the Owner for its approval an operating budget (a “Budget”) and a marketing and leasing plan (a “Plan”) on the Properties for the calendar year immediately following such submission. Each Budget and Plan shall be in the form approved by the Owner prior to the date thereof. As often as reasonably necessary during the period covered by any Budget or Plan, the Manager may submit to the Owner for its approval an updated Budget or Plan incorporating such changes as shall be necessary to reflect cost overruns and the like during such period. If the Owner does not disapprove a Budget or Plan within thirty (30) days after receipt thereof by the Owner, such Budget or Plan shall be deemed approved. If the Owner shall disapprove any Budget or Plan, it shall so notify the Manager within said thirty (30) day period and explain the reasons therefor.
