Schematic Design Drawings. Schematic Design Drawings means, at a minimum, a site development plan, building plans, elevations, sections, and perspective sketches sufficient to convey comprehensive design intent.

Schematic Design Drawings. Based on Owners’ prior approval of the preliminary design set forth in the Proposal, the Contractor will initially prepare and submit to the Owners 50% Schematic Design drawings as set forth in Attachment “A” (the “Schematic Design”). The Schematic Design will include blocking/stacking exercises, preparation of schematic drawings and construction specifications in sufficient detail to clearly define all items which may affect the Project Budget. During the Schematic Design phase, the design will be refined and input will be solicited from the staff of the School Board and City. In preparing Schematic Design documents, the Contractor will, among other usual and customary tasks, lead the Project team in developing building concepts and design parameters; conduct required research of codes applicable to the Project; obtain existing drawings, documentation and files of existing site and buildings; provide topographic and boundary surveys; develop preliminary plans, elevations, and sections for review; review the construction schedule; and provide a preliminary estimate of the construction costs to be included in the Project Budget. The Schematic Design documents shall identify major building systems and construction materials. The Contractor will consider the use of alternative materials, building systems and equipment in developing a design for the Project that is consistent with the Program, the preliminary Project Schedule and the then- current estimates of the Project Budget. At the end of the Schematic Design phase, the Contractor will present to the Owners the 95% Schematic Design drawings described on Attachment “A” for review and approval, as well as revised construction cost estimates to be included in an updated version of the Project Budget. The Contractor will meet with City personnel and School Board personnel before the Schematic Design submission to determine any necessary zoning approvals and other land-use permits from the City. The Parties will use the Schematic Design phase to test and validate or adjust the Program.
Schematic Design Drawings. Developer shall prepare and submit to Authority and the County Board its Schematic Design Drawings for Phase I. Definitive Agreement Submission. Developer shall submit to Authority for its review a definitive Hotel Operator Agreement and Equity Investment Agreement for the hotel/retail development between Developer and Hotel Operator. Report to JPA Board on Hotel Management Agreement and Equity Investor Status. Developer shall give an oral report to the JPA Board on its progress on these items. Schematic Design Drawings. Schematic Design Drawings" shall mean reasonably detailed and dimensioned 1/8 scale preliminary schematic design drawings for the Tenant Improvements, which drawings are reasonably consistent with the approved Space Plan.

January 15, 2015 Review and Approval – Schematic Design Drawings. Authority and the County Board shall review and approve or disapprove the Schematic Design Drawings. February 16, 2015 Meet and Confer - Public Space Improvements. Developer and Authority to meet and confer regarding Public Space Improvements per Section 4.4(b) of the Fourth Amendment to DDA. February 15, 2015 to March 16, 2015
Schematic Design Drawings. The Schematic Design Drawings must Logically Evolve, as defined below, from the approved Concept Drawings, by clearly defining the development of the applicable Development Improvements. These drawings must include bedroom mix, floor plans, elevations, common or public areas, landscape features, parking facilities with all spaces indicated, and major building materials under consideration, potential exterior materials, the colors and textures to be used, and any off-site public improvements to be implemented by a Developer. Key interior and exterior dimensions must be established and a tabulation of floor area by use provided.
Schematic Design Drawings. Redeveloper shall prepare Schematic Drawings for the Phase One Redeveloper Public Improvements and the Phase Two Redeveloper Public Improvements to be constructed by Redeveloper on the Redevelopment Project Site. The Schematic Drawings shall show all Redeveloper Public Improvements for each phase be made on the Redevelopment Project Site as each Phase proceeds. The Schematic Drawings of the Redeveloper Public Improvements shall be submitted to the City for approval and shall be reviewed and approved by the Director of Urban Development and Public Works department for conformance with the Project, the Redevelopment Plan, and this Agreement. Such Schematic Drawings shall also be submitted to the Historic Preservation Commission for its review and approval.
Schematic Design Drawings. Redeveloper shall prepare Schematic Drawings for the Redeveloper Private Improvements and Redeveloper Public Improvements to be constructed by Redeveloper on the Redevelopment Project Site. The Schematic Drawings shall show all Redeveloper Private Improvements to be made on the Redevelopment Project Site and the Redeveloper Public Improvements to be made in the public right-of-way adjacent to the Redeveloper Project Site. The Schematic Drawings of the Redeveloper Private Improvements and the Redeveloper Public Improvements shall be submitted to the City for approval and shall be reviewed and approved by the Director of Urban Development for conformance with the Project, the Redevelopment Plan, and this Agreement.
