The annotated candidate lists and interview notes shall be reviewed by TDOT's Civil Rights office upon receipt to ensure that the procedures required by this Agreement have been followed. g. TDOT's Civil Rights office shall contact the TDOT Human Resources Office on a monthly basis to ascertain whether any HMWI or TAI vacancies have been filled without completion of the annotated candidate list. In the event that no annotated candidate list was completed, TDOT's Civil Rights office shall assist the local office in preparing the appropriate form as soon as possible.
