Continuum of Care An Orange County group composed of representatives of relevant organizations that serve homeless and formerly homeless persons that are organized to plan for and provide, as necessary, a system of services to address the various needs of homeless persons and persons at risk of homelessness.
Primary Care Clinic Employees and each of their covered dependents must individually elect a primary care clinic within the network of providers offered by the plan administrator chosen by the employee. Employees and their dependents may elect to change clinics within their clinic’s Benefit Level as often as the plan administrator permits and as outlined above.
Preventive Care and Early Detection Services This plan covers, early detection services, preventive care services, and immunizations or vaccinations in accordance with state and federal law, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), as set forth below and in accordance with the guidelines of the following resources: • services that have an A or B rating in the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF); • immunizations recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; • preventive care and screenings for infants, children, and adolescents as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); or • preventive care and screenings for women as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines as supported by HRSA. Covered early detection services, preventive care services and adult and pediatric immunizations or vaccinations are based on the most currently available guidelines and are subject to change. The amount you pay for preventive services will be different from the amount you pay for diagnostic procedures and non-preventive services. See the Summary of Medical Benefits and the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits for more information about the amount you pay. Preventive Office Visits This plan covers the following preventive office visits. • Annual preventive visit - one (1) routine physical examination per plan year per member age 36 months and older; • Pediatric preventive office and clinic visits from birth to 35 months - 11 visits; • Well Woman annual preventive visit - one (1) routine gynecological examination per plan year per female member.
Compassionate Care Leave (a) Compassionate care leave will be granted to an employee for up to eight (8) weeks within a twenty-six (26) week period to provide care or support to a family member who is at risk of dying within that 26-week period in accordance with section 49.1 of the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
Xxxxx Care Leave Leave may be granted to any employee, upon request, to care for or to arrange for care for parents of the employee or the employee's spouse.
Skilled Care in a Nursing Facility This plan covers skilled nursing services in a skilled nursing facility if: • the services are prescribed by a physician: • your condition needs skilled nursing services, skilled rehabilitation services or skilled nursing observation; • the services are provided by or supervised by licensed technical or professional medical personnel; and • the services are not custodial care, respite care, day care, or for the purpose of assisting with activities of daily living.
Standards of Care Seller shall comply with all applicable requirements of Law, the Transmission Provider, Utility Distribution Company, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, FERC, NERC and WECC in its scheduling, interconnection, operation and maintenance of the Project and as contemplated by this Agreement. Seller shall (a) acquire and maintain all Governmental Approvals necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Project consistent with Safety Requirements; (b) Notify Buyer of any material modifications or lapse in renewal of Governmental Approvals; and (c) at Buyer’s request, provide to Buyer digital copies of any Governmental Approvals. For the avoidance of doubt, Seller shall be responsible for procuring and maintaining, at its expense, all emissions credits required for operation of the Project throughout the Delivery Term in compliance with Law and to permit operation of the Project in accordance with this Agreement. Promptly following Xxxxx’s written request, Xxxxxx agrees to take all commercially reasonable actions and execute or provide any documents, information, or instruments with respect to Product reasonably necessary to enable Buyer to comply with the requirements of any Governmental Authority. Nothing hereunder shall cause Buyer to assume any liability or obligation with respect to Seller’s compliance obligations with respect to the Project under any new or existing Laws, rules, or regulations.
Medications Psychotropic medications and medications associated with treating a diagnosed mental health condition.
Prevention IP shall take all appropriate measures to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse, and child safeguarding violations, by its employees, personnel or subcontractors. IP shall, inter alia, ensure that its employees, personnel or subcontractors shall have undertaken and successfully completed appropriate training with regard to the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, and training on safeguarding children. Such training shall include but not be limited to: reference to definitions of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse, and child safeguarding violations; a clear and unambiguous statement that any form of sexual exploitation and abuse, and any conduct that undermines the safeguarding of children, is prohibited; the requirement that any allegations of sexual exploitation and abuse, or child safeguarding violations be promptly reported as provided for in Article 14.4; and the requirement that alleged victims of sexual exploitation and abuse or child safeguarding violations, be promptly informed of and referred to available professional assistance, upon her or his consent.
