Seniorit y Lists. Two (2) seniority lists showing the names and seniority status of a l l permanent and proba- tionary contract teachers, employed by the Board at each Centre respectively, shall be prepared and approved by the Board and the respective co- ordinators. A copy of the seniority as finally approved shall be initialed by the respective co- ordinators and the Superintendent of the Board and such lists shall be conclusive evidence of the seniority of permanent and probationary contract teachers employed by the Board. The said lists shall be revised on or about October of each year. Teachers shall be placed on the respective seniority Lists in accordance with the provisions of Seniority for part- time teachers shall be pro- rated except for those teachers forced to take a part- time position or be laid off in which case they w i l l receive seniority on a full - time basis, Seniority shall denote the last consecutive I! period during which a teacher has in fact been employed by the Board. Any change in legal structures of a school board shall have no effect on the seniority of a teacher who was in the employ of a school board a t the time of such change. Seniorit y Lists. The Hospital w i l l supply the Association with three up- to- date copies of the seniority lists twice each year June 1st and December 1st.
Seniorit y Lists. By October 1st of each calendar year, the City shall establish a seniority list for each classification which includes the following information: • the employee's name; • the date of last promotion to the present classification; • the service date; • hire date; and Page 000 XXXXX & City of Las Vegas July 01, 2020 to June 30 2021 • Human Resources date/time stamp. All seniority lists shall be available for inspection in Human Resources and shall also be provided to the Association. Department and division offices shall have current seniority lists available for any classification within that department or division for review by employees. Protests regarding the accuracy of a given seniority list must be filed in writing with Human Resources no later than November 15th of the current calendar year. If no protest is filed by Nov 15th then the seniority list for that classification shall stand as conclusive evidence of each person's seniority until the posting of the next annual seniority lists. A protest of a given seniority list shall be resolved through discussions between Human Resources and the employee and the Association, after giving the employee an opportunity to submit a written seniority protest form. If there is still a dispute following discussion of the protest, the Association may file a grievance.

Seniorit y Lists. Revised seniority lists shall be supplied semi- annually, by February and September ARTICLE LEAVE OF ABSENCE ASSOCIATION BUSINESS Leave of absence for Association business shall be given without pay up to an aggregate maximum of forty working days during any calendar year, provided adequate notice is given the Hospital. It is agreed that not more than two nurses in total from both the full-time and part-time bargaining units shall be absent on such leave at the same time. It is agreed that leave for Association business means the combined leave for both full-time and part-time bargaining units.

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. The name of employees on the seniority list shall appear in seniority rank order within areas of certification, license, or entry-level requirements, with the name of the most senior employee appearing at the top of the listing and the name of the least senior employee appearing at the bottom of the listing. B. The names of employees who are certificated, licensed, or otherwise minimally qualified in more than one (1) area shall be included on the listing for all areas of certification, license, or entry-level requirement. C. The names of part-time employees shall appear on the seniority list but shall be listed separately from the names of full-time employees.

  • Seniority Rosters The Employer agrees to furnish the Union each January 31 and July 31 with rosters of all employees who accrue seniority, their current and prior classifications, and start date in each classification and University start date per Section 1. Employees who have accepted positions outside the bargaining unit do not accrue class seniority in the bargaining unit when employed in positions outside the bargaining unit, but retain prior seniority earned in the bargaining unit. When two (2) or more employees have the same classification seniority date, ties shall be broken by recognizing the employee with the greater University seniority first. If a tie still continues, the employee's seniority position shall be determined by lot.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.
