STATEMENT OF MUTUAL BENEFIT. Autism research clearly indicates that parents of children with ASD can be critically important collaborative team members in the delivery of services if they are familiar with basic information about autism and knowledgeable about evidence-based practices. The Parties share a goal of expanding access to ASD treatment and support to Texas families with limited financial resources, limited English proficiency, and limited educational background. Mutual cooperation in (1) providing intensive instruction in evidence-based parent training practices in the A+ HIPPY program; (2) recruiting additional families to participate in the A+ HIPPY program; and (3) DocuSign Envelope ID: DB54202A-80A6-4FF5-9668-E6C594DF2931 assessing the effectiveness of the A+ HIPY program will allow for expansion of effective ASD treatment and support to populations in need of those services.

STATEMENT OF MUTUAL BENEFIT. It is mutually beneficial for the parties involved to secure populations of Arizona bugbane from habitat loss and degradation. Arizona bugbane will benefit from instituting conservation measures that provide the widest possible improvement in the abundance, diversity, and distribution of the species. Arizona bugbane and other species will benefit from the proposed conservation actions that maintain and improve healthy riparian ecosystem functions and processes.
STATEMENT OF MUTUAL BENEFIT. The Land owner will benefit by:  The Service executing the mechanical and prescribed fire operations.  The reduction of understory fuels along common areas and buffer areas adjacent to common areas.  The protection of loss, due to wildland fire, by reducing hazardous fuels accumulation near residence, outbuildings, riparian areas, and habitat of value. The Service will benefit by:  By protecting environmentally sensitive areas occupied by the endangered golden-cheeked warbler in an area larger than the Refuge.  Having a demonstration area to promote and educate other interested parties for defensible space/survivable space projects.  Create a better partnership between the Landowner and the Service for the benefit of wildlife.

The Parties agree to facilitate cooperation, collaboration, and agreement between agencies, landowners, and other stakeholders; develop comprehensive conservation plans; and bring those plans to the attention of landowners and others within the district. In addition, the Parties recognize the importance of working together to broaden strategic assessment and planning under the authority of the Soil and Water Resources Conservation Act of 1977 for the conservation, protection, and enhancement of soil, water, and related natural resources. The Parties further recognize that natural resources are finite and under increasing pressure from a variety of impacts and demands. Soil, water, air, plants, animals, and energy are all addressed under the programs, initiatives, and partnership efforts of the Parties. In order to deliver the necessary technical and financial assistance to enable locally-led, voluntary conservation, the Parties agree to adhere to the principles, roles, and responsibilities outlined in this Section of the MOA. This MOA does not affect or modify existing regulations or agency responsibilities and authorities. Moreover, this MOA does not commit either party to activities beyond the scope of its respective mission and statutory authorities. A. Provide leadership, counsel, and consultation to NRCS on its conservation needs, programs, and priorities. Engage in meaningful dialogue with NRCS, including the Tribal Liaison, and provide guidance on NRCS activities, policies, and/or procedures that may impact the Tribe, its members, or land. Identify conservation needs assessment through broad-based community participation and in accordance with Tribal and NRCS protocols, policies, and procedures. This will provide a comprehensive evaluation of the Tribe’s natural resource base and be the basis for making decisions about local priorities or policies in all local conservation programs. Encourage [Tribal Conservation Advisory Council or Conservation District] members to participate on state and regional-level Tribal Advisory councils (e.g., Conservation Advisory Council). Encourage community participation to the planning, conduct, and administration of natural resource programs and services. Assist NRCS in outreach and community education activities. Encourage individual members of Tribes and Tribal organizations to participate in dialogue, analyze issues and solutions to address natural resource concerns, and seek agreement on resource decisions. STATEMENT OF MUTUAL BENEFIT. Management of prescribed fire, wildland fire, or other emergency “all hazard” incidents, of one or another of the parties’ land, could require greater resources and expertise than that party can handle. It is in the best interest of each Party to have available for, and response to, these incidents. It is to the mutual advantage of the USFWS and the City to coordinate efforts for prevention, training for, detection, and suppression of wildfires; and implementation and training for prescribed fires and other incidents to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
STATEMENT OF MUTUAL BENEFIT. 18 The City of Sunset Valley (City) and Hill Country Conservancy (Conservancy) enter 19 into this Memorandum of Agreement (Agreement) for the mutual benefit of the City, 20 the Conservancy, and our respective constituents and other trail partners. The 21 parties to this Agreement agree to work collaboratively to plan, construct and 22 operate WFAD in a public private partnership. This partnership will provide value 23 to diverse communities in a manner that shares limited resources for the benefit of 24 all.

Ensure a clear understanding as to the applicable Federal and tribal laws and regulations and to define the role and responsibilities of the signatory parties. 2. Define those areas of mutual interest and assistance relative to managing and conserving natural resources and the delivery of conservation programs of the Federal Government administered by the NRCS, FSA, and BIA. 3. Effectively utilize the available resources of each signatory such as personnel, time, conservation technology, equipment, office space, and funds which may be made available for the delivery of conservation programs and services on Indian lands. Therefore, the BIA, FSA, and NRCS find it mutually beneficial to cooperate in this undertaking and hereby agree as follows:
