Student Achievement Objectives. Beginning in the 2017-2018 school year, all Instructional Personnel will have the option to establish an SAO by following the process outlined in the evaluation manual. Beginning in the 2018-2019 school year, all Instructional Personnel teaching courses without a VAM score must establish an SAO by following the process outlined in the evaluation manual. 15.17-1 Training and supporting resources which provide consistency in the implementation of SAOs will be developed by a joint committee appointed by the Superintendent and the PEA President. The committee will use the framework from the Center for Assessment as a foundation. The committee will identify the process to prepare trainers and deliver comprehensive training to all participants using a variety of methods. Participants on the committee may vary depending on the specific assigned tasks. Training must be ready for presentation prior to the employees’ first contract day and the schedule for delivering training must begin within the first ten (10) instructional days. 15.17-2 Starting in the school year 2018-2019, an instructional employee without a state calculated VAM must establish an SAO for the student learning data portion of their evaluation. Teachers with a state calculated VAM may elect to complete an SAO and use that data as their student learning data in their evaluation. 15.17-3 All SAOs must be based upon core/main course, or instructional standards for the selected student group and must follow the SMART protocol (Specific, Measurable, Appropriate, Realistic, and Time Limited) as appropriate to the course, grade level or position/assignment of the employee. 15.17-4 Baseline student data must be established by the employee during the first nine (9) week period as established in the official Polk County Public School District Calendar. It may be based upon data collected at any time prior to the end of the first nine (9) week period as outlined in the approved SAO goal. 15.17-5 The principal/administrator shall review the SAO using the Rubric for Rating the Quality of Student Achievement Objectives in the evaluation manual (the Rubric) within ten (10) student days and provide feedback to the employee. Any SAO evaluated as Quality Needs Improvement or Insufficient Quality is not approved until changes are made to meet the requirements as outlined by the Rubric. The employee’s Student Performance rating for the students included in the SAO will be combined proportionally with the employee’s Student Performance ratings as determined by the State VAM and/or District Course Map for any remaining students. All student data will be weighted equally based upon the number of current year students upon whom the data is based.

(b) The Employer is accountable to: (1) Provide the management resource and support needed to achieve an injury and incident free Project; (2) Encourage its leaders to focus on issues raised by any member of their team; (3) Ensure its leaders act to address appropriately and in a timely manner, any concern raised by any member of their team; (4) Act at all times with fairness, honesty and in a trustworthy manner, responding to issues or concerns raised in a timely manner; (5) Recognise the talents and capabilities of their Employees and encourage excellence in construction execution. (c) Each Employee is accountable to: (1) Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work area, ensure safe and healthy work practices are followed at all times and within their duty of care, take responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of other Employees; (2) Comply with Project environmental health and safety regulations, procedures and practices; (3) Participate in and comply with the Project’s cultural and environmental processes; (4) Ensure their personal fitness for work on each day they are scheduled to work; (5) In all of their dealings with other Employees and their Employer, act with fairness and respect; (6) Work towards both the Project and their team’s goals to the full extent of their personal capacity; and (7) Raise any personal concern/issue directly with their immediate team leader/supervisor thereby providing the Employer with an opportunity to resolve/assist the concern/issue. If the team leader/supervisor is not available, then raise the matter with a more senior Employer leader.

  • Investment Objectives The objectives for the School District's investment activities are:

  • PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 4.1 The Performance Plan (Annexure A) sets out- 4.1.1 the performance objectives and targets that must be met by the Employee; and 4.1.2 the time frames within which those performance objectives and targets must be met. 4.2 The performance objectives and targets reflected in Annexure A are set by the Employer in consultation with the Employee and based on the Integrated Development Plan, Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) and the Budget of the Employer, and shall include key objectives; key performance indicators; target dates and weightings. 4.2.1 The key objectives describe the main tasks that need to be done. 4.2.2 The key performance indicators provide the details of the evidence that must be provided to show that a key objective has been achieved. 4.2.3 The target dates describe the timeframe in which the work must be achieved. 4.2.4 The weightings show the relative importance of the key objectives to each other. 4.3 The Employee’s performance will, in addition, be measured in terms of contributions to the goals and strategies set out in the Employer’s Integrated Development Plan.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies. It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections V. B. and V.C. below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby acknowledge that any party’s failure (or lack thereof) to meet the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, while not in and of itself a breach of contract giving rise to contractual or other remedies, may factor into the Trust’s reasonably determined belief regarding the standard of care exercised by State Street hereunder.
