Labor Management Team. A Labor/Management Team (LMT), consisting of the BVCEA President, UniServe Director, as well as any other designated BVCEA representatives, the BVSD Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, and another BVSD administrator designated by the Superintendent, will meet regularly to discuss and resolve issues that exceed the scope of regular BVCEA/HR meetings. The LMT will also consider proposals from various collaborative BVCEA/BVSD groups about changes to policy or practice and will recommend to BVCEA and BVSD appropriate actions.
Labor Management Team. A. The District and the Association agree that the most well-designed systems sometimes fail to appropriately engage in meaningful discussion regarding issues and concerns. The Labor/Management Team (LMT) is an intentional effort of the District and the Association to have healthy and respectful processes to resolve issues and concerns. The team is the outward and visible sign of our philosophical ideal, creating a positive community and environment for learning.
Labor Management Team. A joint team consisting of Agency representatives and bargaining unit representatives shall meet at least six times per year, not to exceed two hours with the intent of proactively resolving contract, staffing and other workplace issues. For the duration of this Agreement, mutually agreed periods of time in Committee meetings will be dedicated to a discussion of subjects related to the impact of health care reform on the delivery of patient care at the Agency, including enhancement of the patient experience and reductions in cost. These meetings shall be utilized to clarify contract interpretations, address workplace issues as they arise, and reach new supplemental agreements when necessary. Time spent by bargaining unit members of the team attending such meetings shall be compensated at the nurse’s regular rate of pay. The Agency will seek in good faith to allow nurses the necessary time off for participation in team meetings, subject to the operational requirements of the Agency. Nurses shall not suffer a loss of scheduled hours due to their participation in team meetings, provided they are willing to work the make-up hours (at the regular rate of pay) necessary to reach their scheduled status.
Labor Management Team. A joint committee shall be established for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern that are not subject to bargaining. The committee shall include three (3) Employee Representatives and three (3) Management Representatives along with an Employee and Labor Relations Representative. The parties may mutually agree to additional representatives. If there are agenda items to be discussed, a meeting may be held once in the fall semester and/or once in the spring semester at mutually agreeable dates and times. The FNA shall submit the items to be discussed to the Director of University Health Services. A written agenda of the meeting shall be prepared by the Director or his/her designee and distributed to the committee members at least five (5) days prior to the meeting. Minutes of the meeting shall be prepared by the Employee Representatives and distributed to the committee members within seven (7) days of the meeting. The meeting shall be limited to two (2) hours. The time in attendance in such meetings shall be counted as time worked.

Labor Management Team. The principal and other administrators of each school shall meet monthly with the Labor Management Team to discuss school operations and questions relating to the implementation of this Agreement. These meetings shall be held during non-instructional time but, if held during the regular school day, shall not result in loss of pay to the employees. Any meeting of the Labor Management Team shall not take place during a teaching period of an employee of the committee except in the event of an emergency. The Labor Management Team shall consist of the elected chief Association representative and one other Xxxx 0 member and one (1) member from Unit 1 or any other Association bargaining unit, selected or appointed in a manner to be determined by the Association by laws. Proposed changes in existing building policies and procedures, staffing ratios, and new policies and procedures for each school shall be appropriate subjects for discussion at such meetings. The Labor Management Team shall report monthly and make recommendations to the School Leadership Team. Any changes in such policies and procedures shall be consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Labor Management Team members receive no additional pay.
Labor Management Team. (LMT) It is mutually agreed to form a Labor Management Team (LMT) composed equally of Union representatives and management representatives in such total number as may be agreed from time to time by the Union and Company. The LMT shall meet at lease monthly to discuss and resolve issues of safety, health, betterment, interdivisional job opportunities, productivity and other items as may be appropriate. A quarterly schedule will be provided by management. Two (2) employee representatives per plant will be paid overtime pay for any meetings held outside their scheduled shift. The Local Union President or his representative will be allowed to attend and participate in these meetings. The LMT is intended to increase joint cooperation and develop an active employee involvement process. These efforts shall not interfere with any provisions of this Agreement nor circumvent the grievance procedure, nor interfere with management's rights, but it is a goal of the LMT to avoid circumstances or practices which could give rise to a claim by either party that the provisions of this Agreement were not adhered to and to create an atmosphere of cooperation so as to minimize events leading to grievances. The LMT may have various divisions or advisory groups as mutually agreed and may meet jointly with USWA LMTs formed in other divisions at the Company. The objectives of the LMT will also focus on increasing customer service and satisfaction, more effective methods of operation, enhancing employee morale and creating and assuring full and open communication among employees and the Company. The LMT will analyze and solve identified problems and participate and support in the implementation of agreed solutions. The LMT will also investigate and recommend actions to the Company and Union to increase employee involvement and responsibility in the areas of production, production teams, and quality control. The Company shall forward minutes of LMT meetings to the Union and LMT members within ten (10) days of the meeting. The minutes shall include the names of those in attendance, and the date, time and place of the meeting.

For the duration of this Agreement, mutually 11 agreed periods of time in committee meetings will be dedicated to a discussion of 12 subjects related to the impact of health care reform on the delivery of patient care at the 13 Agency, including enhancement of the patient experience and reductions in cost. 14 These meetings shall be utilized to clarify contract interpretations, address workplace 15 issues as they arise, and reach new supplemental agreements when necessary. Time 16 spent by bargaining unit members of the team attending such meetings shall be 17 compensated at the nurse’s regular rate of pay. The Agency will seek in good faith to 18 allow nurses the necessary time off for participation in team meetings, subject to the 19 operational requirements of the Agency. Labor Management Team. A. The Association and District agree to form a “Labor & Management Team” for the duration of this collective bargaining agreement. The purpose of the team is to xxxxxx the collaborative work environment by addressing labor relations issues and interests.
Labor Management Team. Section 8.1. A labor/management team shall be established with up to five (5) Union and up to five (5) Management members. Others may be invited to attend to address specific issues or provide specific input as needed. This Committee shall be a standing committee and its members shall stay consistent (to the extent possible) for each school year. This team may meet regularly or shall be available to meet at the request of either party. Drivers shall be paid their regular rate of pay up to a maximum total of sixty (60) hours per year for drivers on the committee. The minimum of two (2) hours per assignment shall not apply to these meetings, but an attempt will be made to schedule such meeting contiguous to other assignments.
