Supplemental Vacation. This Clause shall apply to permanent employees only. Entitlement shall be as follows:
(a) Five (5) working days of supplemental vacation with pay for each five (5) years of consecutive service completed.
(b) Ten (10) working days of supplemental vacation with pay after twenty (20) years of consecutive service completed and each five (5) years of consecutive service thereafter.
(c) For the purposes of Police Guards, Airport Shift Personnel, and other employees working forty (40) hours per week, supplemental vacation entitlement shall be forty (40) working hours per week.
(d) For the purposes of employees working thirty-five (35) hours per week, supplemental vacation entitlement shall be thirty-five (35) working hours per week.
(e) For the purposes of this Clause, date of hire shall determine entitlement for supplemental vacation.
(f) Supplemental vacation is to be taken at a time mutually agreed upon between the employee and the exempt department supervisor.
(g) Permanent part-time employees shall earn supplemental vacation on a pro-rated basis based on their regular earnings for the calendar year prior to the supplemental vacation date.
Supplemental Vacation. Employees may request, and subject to the efficient operations of the Branch, will be granted supplemental unpaid vacation of up to five (5) days annually. Requests for supplemental unpaid vacation must be made in accordance with Article 19.12. Regular vacation requests will be given priority over requests for supplemental vacation.

One (1) week Supplementary Vacation shall be equal to thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hours at straight time rates at the employee’s regular job. In determining eligibility for Supplementary Vacation, an employee’s service shall be calculated from date of hire with the Company. Employees may take Supplementary Vacation in one (1) week blocks or may separate them and take in daily allotments. At retirement or upon termination from the Company, an employee who has completed five (5) or more years of service shall be entitled to that portion of Supplementary Vacation pay proportionate to the number of years of service completed subsequent to his/her last five-year entitlement period. Any existing employee who is between entitlement years for supplemental vacation entitlement will have the appropriate supplement placed into their vacation entitlement at ratification.
Supplemental Vacation. Employees shall receive one (1) week supplemental vacation every five (5) years commencing on the anniversary of their tenth (10th) year of service; such vacation to be taken at a time mutually agreeable to employee and supervisor and within the five (5) year time period.

(iv) upon reaching the employment anniversary of forty (40) years of continuous service, Employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay.
