Suspension of Seniority. Seniority shall be retained, but shall not continue to accrue during: (a) Authorized sick leave or disability leave in excess of ninety (90) days; (b) Educational leave requested by the employee; (c) Military leave in accordance with law; (d) Election to a full time paid Union office up to one (1) year, renewable upon application; and (e) Other authorized leaves of absence of up to one (1) year.
