Target Levels. (i) Institutional Faculty Target Levels The employer agrees that no more than 30% of all teaching sections taught at UFV will be budgeted to be taught by a combination of sessional and limited term faculty. Should this number be exceeded, Management agrees to create enough regular B positions so the number of sections budgeted to be taught by sessionals or limited term faculty drops to, or below, 30%.
(ii) Target Level Review Process In March of each year, the Labour and Management Committee (XXX) will meet to determine if the percentage in Article 12.11(a)(i) (Institutional Faculty Target Levels) above is correct and realistic. They will determine if the percentage should decrease or increase with consideration for the need to meet FTE targets and balance UFV's budget. They will also review the distribution of teaching sections budgeted to be taught by sessional and limited term contracts to determine whether the number of funded limited term contracts should be adjusted.

They will determine if the percentage should decrease or increase with consideration for the need to meet FTE targets and balance UFV's budget.
Target Levels. (i) Institutional Faculty Target Levels The employer agrees that no more than 25% of all sections taught at UFV will be taught by sessionals. Should this number be exceeded, Management agrees to create enough regular B positions so the number of sections taught by sessionals drops to, or below, 25%.
(ii) As of May 1, 2011 the calculation of the total number of sessional sections taught will exclude those sections taught as replacement sections for Type B Teaching Faculty/Lab Instructors on sabbatical leave, on leave for purposes of research or scholarly activity in accordance with Article 18.3 (Assignment of Teaching Faculty Workload), on service leave to the Faculty and Staff Association, and on leave for the purposes of university service when the leave is for greater than four (4) months in any one academic year.
(iii) Target Level Review Process In March of each year, the Labour and Management Committee (LAM) will meet to determine if the percentage in Article 12.10(a)(i) (Institutional Faculty Target Levels) above is correct and realistic. They will determine if the percentage should decrease or increase with consideration for the need to meet FTE targets and balance UFV's budget. This meeting will also review the percentage of sections taught by sessionals in each department to see if clustering of sections should be recommended.
Target Levels. The cleanup goal at this site is to protect receptors and reduce risk to human health and the environment by reducing the contamination mass within the area of concern (as shown in Figure 1). The attainment of this goal is achieved at this site by focusing the remediation within the source area (as shown in Figure 1), and using key and perimeter monitoring xxxxx as the primary indicators of the level of contamination within the area of concern. However, the groundwater target levels are for the entire area of concern, not just the key and perimeter xxxxx. Therefore, the DEC may consider the installation of confirmatory monitoring xxxxx to ensure the target levels, as defined below, have been met throughout the entire area of concern. The cleanup target levels for this agreement are listed below.
a.) Key monitoring xxxxx (see, #3 below for a list of these xxxxx): CoCs (see Table
1) will be reduced from the average baseline concentration by at least 95 percent; the comparative value is obtained by averaging the total contaminant level for each well (see Table 2 for baseline data). In addition, at each individual well the contaminants of concern will be reduced from that specific well’s baseline concentrations by at least 90 percent. If the Vermont Groundwater Enforcement Standard (VGES) is a value higher than the required 90% reduction at a well, then the enforcement standard will be the target level.
b.) Perimeter monitoring xxxxx (see #4 below for a list of these xxxxx): CoCs will be reduced to concentrations below their VGES (see Table 1). [NOTE: This clause is a site specific option]
c.) DEC Confirmatory Monitoring Xxxxx (If installed as specified under Xxxxxxxxx #00, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx): The DEC may install, at its sole discretion and cost, additional monitoring xxxxx and borings to confirm the attainment of any milestone. If three or more confirmatory monitoring xxxxx are installed, then the milestone to be confirmed will be considered met when the following occurs: • the average groundwater concentration of the total CoC among the confirmatory monitoring xxxxx is below the average CoC concentration specified for a given milestone; and • no confirmatory monitoring well has a total CoC that exceeds the maximum allowable concentration for attaining that milestone. If one or two confirmatory monitoring xxxxx are installed, then the milestone to be confirmed will be considered met when the following occurs: • no confirmatory monitoring well has a total CoC that...
Target Levels. Effective as of the Addendum Effective Date, the Parties agree to delete Section 4.12 of Exhibit 3.6 in its entirety and replace it with the following:
Target Levels. The Parties agree to delete Section 4 in its entirety and replace it with the following: The target level for each of the Service Levels (“Target Level”) will be as follows:
4.1 Service Level 1: ‘Patient Financial Services for IMH Facilities and IMH Providers’ – (i) for Patient Financial Services Customer Service Mean Speed to Answer, less than or equal to [*****] seconds; and (ii) for Patient Financial Services Abandonment Rate, less than or equal to [*****]. For the avoidance of doubt, R1 must meet (i) and (ii) to achieve the Target Level for this Service Level.
4.2 Service Level 2: ‘Patient Financial Services for IMH Homecare’ – (i) for Patient Financial Services Customer Service Mean Speed to Answer, less than or equal to [*****] seconds; and (ii) for Patient Financial Services Abandonment Rate, less than or equal to [*****]. For the avoidance of doubt, R1 must meet (i) and (ii) to achieve the Target Level for this Service Level.
4.3 Service Level 3: ‘Percentage of scheduled Patients who have 100% Financial Clearance Completion’ – Greater than or equal to [*****].
Target Levels. The target level for each of the Service Level (“Target Level”) will be set as follows: a) Service Level 1 - Less than or equal to [**].
Target Levels. The target level for each of the Service Levels (“Target Level”) will be mutually agreed by the Parties in accordance with the terms of this Exhibit 4.
