Teaching and Supervision Time a. Teaching time is defined as a period when a teacher is responsible for actual classroom instruction. For the purpose of this contract, supervision is understood to mean non-teaching duties such as hall duty and study hall duty. Every effort shall be made to equalize teachers' supervision assignments.
