Testing and Monitoring. The CCO is responsible for overseeing, on behalf of the Trust, adherence to the written compliance policies and procedures of the Trust’s Service Providers, including, without limitation, any investment adviser and/or sub-adviser for the Trust, the distributor, the administrator, accounting agent, custodian, the transfer agent, and pricing vendors. In furtherance of this duty, ALPS will assist the CCO with the following:
Testing and Monitoring. The testing of the dispatch signalling must be completed at least one month prior to the initial start date for the provision of services under this contract. The Company also reserve the right to request additional Proving Tests (test of ability to deliver a response) at its discretion. Proving tests will be limited to once every 6 months, provided that the test result is in line with Company expectations. Utilisation payments will apply for proving tests as requested by the Company. Should the Company identify a failure affecting the communications at any time during the contract the Company shall notify the Providers nominated person as soon as practical in order to resolve the failure and if necessary, retrieve any missing data. Following a communications failure, the company may request the Provider complete further testing.

Testing and Monitoring. 8.2.1 Testing may be undertaken to confirm the Provider’s ability to deliver the services described this agreement. The Company shall be entitled to request data from the Provider evidencing the delivery of flexibility which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Delivery will be verified by the Company using network monitoring and reporting systems.
8.2.2 Testing will be organised no more than once a year for a time and duration acceptable for both the Company and Provider to be agreed in advance. Testing will be planned to minimise impact to the Provider’s normal operations. The Company retains the right at its own discretion to refrain from issuing Availability Requests or Utilisation Instructions to the Provider until necessary testing has been concluded.
8.2.3 The Company may repeat testing for the following reasons; where results are unsatisfactory or inconclusive, following Service Failure, on an annual basis.
Testing and Monitoring. Testing of DG equipment will be performed in accordance with IEEE 1547. The DG Owner/Operator is required to notify the Cooperative when any testing, as defined in IEEE 1547, is performed. The Cooperative reserves the right to have a representative present during such testing. The Cooperative reserves the right to request and receive written documentation and results of such testing. Should the DG Facility have the ability to record events related to its operation, such as but not limited to circuit breaker operations, resets, relay targets, voltage and current reports, the Cooperative retains the right to request such reports or printouts in conjunction with investigations of poor power quality or occurrences on the EPS that, in the opinion of the Cooperative, may be related to the operation of the DG Facility. The Cooperative may install special test equipment at a location mutually agreed upon by the Parties as may be required to monitor the operation of the DG Facility and its controls for evaluating the quality of power produced by the DG Facility. The DG Operator agrees to submit, upon request from the Cooperative, any records regarding operation and maintenance of the DG Facility.

This self-isolation includes not going to any public spaces, and may also include remaining in a space designated by the host institution and/or program provider. • If I am determined to be positive or presumed positive for COVID-19, I will immediately notify the program’s host institution and/or program provider. • If I am determined to be positive or presumed positive for COVID-19, I will self-isolate either in a separate room or in a location designated by the program’s host institution and/or program provider until my symptoms have improved and the current minimum time period recommended by IU and the host institution and/or program provider has elapsed, since the start of my symptoms. I understand that health officials or contact tracers may determine the date on which my self- isolation time period begins or resets and that the host institution and/or program provider makes the final determination on when I may be released from self-isolation. • I will participate fully, honestly, and without delay with IU, the program’s host institution and/or program provider, and public health officials tasked with contact tracing to determine whom I might have potentially exposed to COVID-19, and agree to download and use any app or software if such is required by IU or the program’s host institution and/or program provider. Testing and Monitoring. A. The Owner shall provide and pay all costs related to the design, engineering and critical inspections with respect to the Infrastructure Improvements. The Owner shall provide all necessary certifications on the subject construction component of the Owner’s construction.
B. The Owner shall provide and pay the cost of all professional engineering and testing services with respect to the Infrastructure Improvements such as: geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering analysis, critical structure engineering inspections (including, but not limited to: retaining walls, abutments, caissons, piles, piers, footings, etc.), daily construction inspection and the various material science testing services, to adequately monitor the ongoing site construction. This includes such items as the daily testing of soils and soil placement, monitoring cuts and cut slopes, testing engineered fills, checking line and grade, testing pipe materials and structures prior to their delivery, monitoring storm inlet and sewer manhole placements and other utility structure installations, certifying structural fills and building pads, conducting proof roll tests on subgrades, testing stone placements, testing concrete, testing asphalt, testing steel, foundation inspections, inspecting reinforcement bar placement and form work, etc.
