THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees to acquaint all new employees with the fact that an Agreement between the parties is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in Articles 5 and 6 dealing with Union Security and Union Dues Deduction. The Employer shall present new employees on commencement of their employment with access to an electronic copy or a physical copy of the Collective Agreement as requested, a Local 523 beneficiary form, a membership card and the name and contact information of the shop xxxxxxx.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. 7.01 THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new Employees within 5 days worked from commencement of employment, with the fact that a Union Agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-Off. The Employer shall provide, at his expense, 1 copy of the Union Agreement to each Employee. For the purpose of satisfying the Employer’s obligation under this clause, Employees may be given electronic access to this agreement.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. (a) The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that an agreement between the parties is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in Articles 4 and 5 dealing with Union Security and Dues Checkoff. The Union shall provide to the Employer a package of in- formation to be handed out to all new employees at the time of hiring. All employees will be introduced to a Shop Xxxxxxx or a Union representative.
(b) New employees shall be presented with a copy of the Agreement, an Application for Union Membership and Union dues checkoff card. The dues checkoff card and the Union membership card to be signed and turned back to the Employer immediately.
(c) New employees shall be informed of their regular working schedule by the appropriate super- visor.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees to supply new employees with a copy of this agreement and to draw their attention to the conditions of employment, set out in Articles 4 and 5 dealing with Union Security and Dues Checkoff. The Employer shall require new employees upon employment to sign an application for a membership card, such cards to be submitted to the Union Treasurer within thirty (30) days.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. 6.01 The Employer agrees to supply new employees, covered in Schedule "A", with a copy of this Agreement and to draw their attention to the conditions of the employment set out in Articles 4 and 5
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. 7.01 The Employer agrees to provide the necessary number of copies of this Agreement to the Union and the Employer agrees to present each of the new Employees with a copy of such Agreement.
7.02 New Employees and transfers shall be given orientation and a job description on their start day. Details of benefits and Employee Assistance Program shall be given to new Employees.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. (a) The employer agrees to inform new employees that a collective agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment contained within as they relate to union security and dues check off.
(b) A Union Xxxxxxx shall be given the opportunity to meet each new bargaining unit member during regular working hours, without loss of pay and with no additional cost to the Employer, for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. Such time shall be arranged between the Xxxxxxx and their Supervisor.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. 6.01 The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that an Agreement between the parties is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in Articles 4 and 5 dealing with union security and dues checkoff.
6.02 New employees shall be presented with a copy of the Agreement, a union membership card and a union dues checkoff card. The dues checkoff card to be signed and turned back to the Employer immediately. The union membership card to be signed and turned over to the union treasurer within thirty (30) working days.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. 7.01 The Employer shall acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in force and with the conditions of employment set out in Articles 5 and 6. The Union will provide the Employer with copies of the current collective agreement for distribution to bargaining unit members.
7.02 A Union Xxxxxxx shall be given the opportunity to meet each new bargaining unit member during regular working hours, without loss of pay and with no additional cost to the Employer, for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. Such time shall be arranged between the Xxxxxxx and his/her Supervisor.
THE EMPLOYER SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that an Agreement between the parties is in effect and to provide the new employees with a copy of the Agreement.
