TIME AND ONE-HALF AND DOUBLE TIME. Overtime is to be worked only when required. Instructions for and approval of overtime must be received from the employee’s immediate supervisor prior to working overtime.
(a) Time and one-half of the employee’s regular rate of pay shall be paid for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one (1) day or for over forty (40) hours in any one (1) week, whichever results in the greater amount of pay.
(b) Double the employee’s regular rate of pay shall be paid for all time worked on Sunday or any of the paid holidays enumerated in Article VII of this Agreement.
TIME AND ONE-HALF AND DOUBLE TIME. Time and one-half (1.5) will be paid for all work done on Saturdays except as otherwise noted. Time and one-half will also be paid for all hours over eight hours in any one day. Double time will be paid on Sundays and Holidays except where otherwise noted.
TIME AND ONE-HALF AND DOUBLE TIME. A. Time and one-half will be paid for all hours worked over eight (8) in one day or over forty (40) hours in a scheduled work week.
B. Double time will be paid as follows:
a. For all hours worked on Sundays.
b. For all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement in addition to holiday pay.
C. Straight time shall be paid to employees working regularly assigned hours and shifts on Saturday and Sunday. This provision is exclusive of regularly assigned weekend building checks when said checks are in addition to the employee’s regular work week.
TIME AND ONE-HALF AND DOUBLE TIME a. Time and one-half will be paid for all hours over forty (40) hours in one (1) week and for all hours worked on Sunday.
b. Double time will be paid for all hours worked on holidays. For calculation purposes, hourly pay received for work on a paid holiday shall equate to three times the regular hourly rate.
c. Employees who work overtime may be granted compensatory time off, instead of overtime pay, to the extent permitted by law.
TIME AND ONE-HALF AND DOUBLE TIME. Overtime shall not be worked unless it has been authorized or assigned by the Superintendent or designee.
(a) Time and one-half will be paid as follows:
1. For all hours over eight (8) in one day.
2. For Saturday as such.
3. Summer shifts (those who work 10 hour shifts) – For all hours over forty (40) in one week.
(b) Double time will be paid as follows:
1. For all hours worked on Sunday.
2. For all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement in addition to holiday pay.
(c) An employee absent due to illness, personal day, holiday, funeral day shall be deemed as hours worked, except that employees who have exhausted sick days shall thereafter be paid overtime only for hours actually worked over 40.
TIME AND ONE-HALF AND DOUBLE TIME. (A) Time and one-half shall be paid for all hours worked over forty (40) hours per week.
(B) Any and all overtime must be authorized in advance by the Employer or the proper Employer representative.

TIME AND ONE-HALF AND DOUBLE TIME. (A) Time and one-half shall be paid for all hours worked over eight (8) hours per day (Monday through Friday) and for all hours worked on Saturday.
(B) Double time shall be paid for all hours worked on Sunday and holidays as defined in this Agreement.
(C) Overtime as above defined shall not be paid where an employee has requested to work overtime to receive time off the regular shift or for special events where the Employer requests of an employee to work overtime and receive time off the regular shift by mutual agreement.
(D) Any and all overtime must be authorized in advance by the Employer or the proper Employer representative.

1. Double time shall be paid for all hours worked on Sundays, and for all- hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement, plus holiday pay.
2. Pay - Double Time for positions included in Article XIII Section A.4. Double time shall be paid for all hours worked on the seventh (7th) day of the work week and for all hours worked on defined holidays, (in this agreement) plus holiday pay.
