Tracks. Awards granted pursuant to this Section ‎9 are intended to be granted pursuant to Section 102 of the Ordinance pursuant to either (i) Section 102(b)(2) or (3) thereof (as applicable), under the capital gain track (“102 Capital Gain Track Awards”), or (ii) Section 102(b)(1) thereof under the ordinary income track (“102 Ordinary Income Track Awards”, and together with 102 Capital Gain Track Awards, “102 Trustee Awards”). 102 Trustee Awards shall be granted subject to the special terms and conditions contained in this Section ‎9, the general terms and conditions specified in Section ‎6 hereof and other provisions of this Plan, except for any provisions of this Plan applying to Options under different tax laws or regulations.

Tracks. (i) The site administrator, after consultation with the chapter chair shall determine the percentage of permanent teachers and the percentage of non-permanent teachers that are expected to be assigned to the site during the school year for which the assignments are to be made. The site administrator shall then indicate on the matrix the number of positions by track that are available for the assignment of otherwise qualified permanent and non- permanent teachers, respectively. The percentage of all the positions that are made available to otherwise qualified permanent teachers by each track, and by all tracks as a whole, shall reasonably approximate the percentage of permanent teachers at the site.
Tracks. All temporary and probationary certificated non-management employees will use Track I Guidelines. All permanent certificated non-management employees receiving satisfactory evaluations as measured against the Santee School District Teacher Expectations and the California Standards for the Teaching Profession and previous evaluations will use Track II observations or the Alternative Evaluation System Guidelines. The use of the Track II Alternative Evaluation System will be mutually agreed upon. All permanent certificated non-management employees who have documented problems and/or are in need of assistance will use the Assistance Plan.

Provide complete track assembly including brackets, bracing and reinforcing for rigid support of ball-bearing roller guides for required door type and size. Slot vertical sections of track at 2 inches (50 mm) o.c. for door-drop safety device. Conservation Plan The current conservation plan expires this month. Moors for the Future and Natural England are currently running a contract to spec-up opportunities for moorland restoration works on moorlands within ESA agreements which can then be used as a basis for conservation plan applications, with the subsequent works project managed by Moors for the Future. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Associates and Xxxxx Xxxxx are the contractors (both respected local consultants). Last week I discussed opportunities for restoring dense xxxxxxx areas to heather moorland at Midhope.
