In the event that work activities require the temporary closure of any traffic lanes, RCDSCC shall implement measures to guide traffic (such as signage and flaggers), safeguard construction workers, provide safe passage of vehicles, and minimize traffic impacts through the duration of work activities. RCDSCC also shall notify local emergency service providers regarding any planned lane closures.
