Training and Education Fund. The Employer agrees to contribute six hundred and fifty dollars ($650.00) within a period of four (4) weeks following March 18th, 2021 and on or before February 1st of every year thereafter to the United Food and Commercial Union Local 175 Education and Training Fund.
Training and Education Fund. 41.01 The Company agrees to contribute fifteen ($0.15) cents per hour into the Northwest Ontario Commercial Workers Training and Education Fund. The hours for which the Company will contribute will be the same as contributed for the Dental Plan under Section 23 and shall be remitted in the same manner.
Training and Education Fund. The EMPLOYER agrees to be bound by all provisions set forth in the Agreement and Declaration of Trust, and all amendments thereto, governing establishment and operation of the I.U.P.A.T. District Council 21 Fund (hereinafter referred to as The FTI Fund). The Trust Agreement provides, inter alia, for the receipt of contributions by the FTI Fund for the purpose of establishing and administering a Training Program as the Trustees of the FTI Fund may determine in conformity with the discretion vested in them under provisions set forth in the Trust Agreement. The EMPLOYER agrees to contribute for each EMPLOYEE covered by this Agreement to the FTI Fund in the manner provided herein, in the then current amounts and for the periods as set forth in Article 5.
Training and Education Fund. 26.01 The Company agrees to contribute the following into the Northwest Ontario Commercial Workers Training and Education Fund: June 17, 2009 $1,500 June 17, 2010 $1,500 June 17, 2011 $1,500
Training and Education Fund. 35.01 The Company agrees to contribute five (5¢) cents per hour (six (6¢) cents effective January 2, 2000; seven (7¢) cents effective January 7, 2001; eight (8¢) cents effective January 6, 2002) into the Northwest Ontario Commercial Workers Training and Education Fund. The hours for which the Company will contribute will be the same as contributed for in the Dental Plan under A-2 and shall be remitted in the same manner.
Training and Education Fund. The Company shall, upon ratification of this Agreement by the bargaining unit contribute seven cents ($0.07) per employee per regular hour worked to the USW, Local 2009 Training and Education Fund.
Training and Education Fund. The Joint Employer Training and Education Fund will be established for creating a program for addressing the workforce needs of participating employers as well as the career, knowledge and skill aspirations of bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees to become a Participating Employer in the Fund, which will be established by an Agreement and Declaration of Trust (“Trust Agreement”) effective the first pay period January 2018.
Training and Education Fund. The Company agrees to contribute three cents ($0.03) per hour to the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada, Locals 175 & 633 Training and Education Fund for all hours paid and worked by all bargaining unit employees.
Training and Education Fund. The Company agrees to pay on a weekly basis the amount of ($0.01) one cent per hour on all hours paid for all bargaining unit employees and remit such amounts by the 21st day of the month following the work month.
