Transfer of Vacation. 1. An employee who is transferred, promoted, or demoted from one University position to another University position or funding source in which the employee will accrue vacation credit and can transfer credit shall have vacation credit transferred.
Transfer of Vacation. 29.4.1 Employees who move to another position at the University will not lose any accrued vacation as a result of the transfer or promotion. Such employees will be notified at the time of their appointment to the new position about any conflicts between any vacation they have pre- scheduled and the work schedule in their new area.
Transfer of Vacation. Employees who transfer from the Employer to another state agency or institution without a break in service may, at their election, transfer their accrued but unused vacation.
Transfer of Vacation. Leave Above 275 Hours for Employees Transferred Under the Provisions of M.S. 480.181. If any court employee transfers to state employment under the provisions of M.S. 480.181 with vacation hours in excess of 275 hours, they shall be credited with the full amount once verified, but shall be required to use the excess vacation hours over the course of one year from the date of employment, or all hours in excess of 275 shall be lost. Employees whose leave balances are maintained as paid time off (PTO) may elect to transfer the balance of the hours verified by the county on the basis of crediting up to 60% into vacation leave and the remainder into their sick leave balance.
Transfer of Vacation. Unused vacation leave credits of employees who change state employers without a break in service transfer with the employee to the new employer. An employee bringing an accrued balance from another state agency may use the previously accrued vacation leave during the probationary or trail service period.
Transfer of Vacation. Non 52-week employees transferring to a 52-week position shall have their earned vacation placed into her/his vacation bank.
Transfer of Vacation. Employees who transfer from the Employer to another state agency or institution without a break in service may, at their election, transfer their accrued but unused vacation. Cash Out of Vacation Except for employees who elect to transfer vacation as provided in Section 18.4, upon termination employees who have successfully completed their probation period shall be paid for their accrued but unused vacation hours at their regular rate of pay. Family Care Employees may use vacation leave for care of family members as required by the Family Care Act, RCW 49.12.265 et seq, and WAC 296-130. Family Military Leave Employees may use vacation leave for leave as required by the Family Military Leave Act, RCW 49.77.
Transfer of Vacation. Employees transferring from a parent organization or an affiliate company under Contract 44 will transfer vacation as allowed per the policy of sending organization, up to a maximum of eighty (80) hours.
