Transmosis shall include all contractors and subcontractors as insureds under its policies or shall furnish separate certificates and endorsements for each contractor and subcontractor. All insurance coverage for contractors and subcontractors shall be subject to all of the requirements stated herein for Transmosis.
Transmosis shall not assign this Agreement or the license granted herein, and shall not grant any sub-license or any other right to use the Premises except to an entity participating in the Project as approved by City in advance in writing.

Any amounts deposited by you will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above.
