TRUCK DRIVER. Drive all type of trucks including tractor-trailer combinations, maintain necessary driving records and logs, perform necessary safety and preventive maintenance procedures on trucks and trailers (check oil, water, lights, air pressure, etc.), load and unload trucks, handle drums in warehouse, drive fork truck and perform other duties as assigned by Management. As a condition of employment in this classification, employees must be able to communicate in English, must hold a current California Class I driver’s license and current medical certificate, have a driving record acceptable to the Company and its insurance carrier and pass a Company driving test. Should employees in other classifications, who meet the above conditions of employment for this classification, be occasionally required to drive a truck, they will be paid at the truck driver classification rate for the hours worked driving a truck.
TRUCK DRIVER. Xxxxx perform work required to reinstate work locations to their original condition such as restoration of lawns and gardens; replacement of concrete walks; temporary repairs of paved areas; reconstruction of fences, walls, etc. Shall deliver or pick up select materials and spoil at work sites. Shall operate a truck for the transportation of required tools and materials. May supervise the work of one other employee. A CCST shall perform the full scope of work and responsibilities of a Customer Service Technician1 (per CST1 Job Description) and in addition:
TRUCK DRIVER. The employee whose main job is to drive the truck placed at the disposal, to help with the loading and unloading of the said truck, and generally, with the deliveries. He must, in certain cases, perform the duties of Driver s and "Senior Warehouseman" as well as other duties which are usually performed by the truck driver in his establishment. This employee's duty is to drive the trailer combination and perform the duties described in the classification of truck driver.
TRUCK DRIVER. Under the direction of the Material Control Officer, the incumbent operates to vehicles and moves furniture and equipment.
TRUCK DRIVER. Those holding the required licence and who are capable of operating the Corporation trucks, including performing the proper maintenance routine, and who accurately operate trucks. Those who currently have "Z" endorsement will be expected to maintain the qualification, while those who do not currently have the "Z" endorsement shall be encouraged to obtain the endorsement but such qualification will not be mandatory. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all future truck drivers must have the "Z" endorsement.
TRUCK DRIVER. The Employer shall designate a truck driver(s) who shall have either a DZ or AZ license endorsement. The Employer shall increase the hourly rate of such employee by one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour. In order to receive the premium, the employee must complete the daily reporting and maintenance requirements, as directed by the Employer. In accordance with certificates issued to the Union by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and pursuant to various voluntary recognition agreements between the parties, the Employer recognizes the Union as the authorized bargaining agent for, and that this Collective Agreement shall apply to all classifications identified in Article 2.01 of the Collective Agreement, for the sectors of the construction industry, and regions of Ontario, as identified below:
1. All sectors of the construction industry in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo (except that portion of the geographic Township Xxxxxxx annexed by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx), (XXXX Xxxx #0); and
2. All sectors of the construction industry in the County of Wellington, (OLRB Area #7); and
3. All sectors of the construction industry in Xxxxxx Xxxxxx County, the geographic Townships of Lake, Tudor and Grimsthorpe and all lands south thereof in the County of Hastings and the geographic Townships of Percy and Cramahe and all lands east thereof in the Country of Northumberland, (OLRB Area #12), excluding the industrial, commercial and institutional sector; and
4. All sectors of the construction industry within a radius of 33 kilometres of the North Bay post office, (OLRB Area #16), excluding the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors; and
5. All sectors of the construction industry in the Town of Xxxxxxxx Lake and the geographic Townships adjacent thereto in the District of Temiskaming, (OLRB Area #20), excluding the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors; and
6. All sectors of the construction industry in the County of Grey, (OLRB Area #28), excluding the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors; and
7. All sectors of the construction industry in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, (OLRB Area #31), excluding the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors; and

An Employee who operates, loads, unloads, performs minor servicing of single axle trucks of gross vehicle weight in excess of 12,300 kg used to transport material, tools, equipment and personnel and who performs general labouring duties when not so engaged.
