TUITION ALLOWANCE. The Company agrees to pay to employees a maximum of $275.00 per year upon successful completion of job related courses provided receipts are provided for the same.
TUITION ALLOWANCE. Prior to a member seeking tuition-free attendance of his/her child in either the Somerset Public Schools or the Somerset Berkley Regional School District, each member must first seek to attend either Somerset or Somerset Berkley through the school choice program. If there are no school choice seats in a particular grade, the member will be allowed to enroll his/her child in the SPS and/or SBRSD under this article. Children of bargaining unit employees who reside outside of the Town of Somerset will be allowed to attend Somerset schools tuition-free as long as it does not require opening another section, the hiring of additional staff or create a conflict with the legislation regarding School Choice. This article applies only to children of bargaining unit employees holding permanent full-time positions within the meaning of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Tuition-free attendance for children of employees who are not residents of the towns served by the District shall not be available to employees hired after July 1, 2017.
TUITION ALLOWANCE. To be eligible for participation in the Tuition Allowance Program, an employee must:
TUITION ALLOWANCE. Superintendent shall have available an annual stipend of $500 for tuition, meals and lodging associated with a class, convention registration, etc.
TUITION ALLOWANCE. Except for associate teachers, staff members who are at 50 percent load or greater shall have the right to enroll in a maximum of two (2) Graduate School courses (not to exceed 12 credits per academic year) tuition free. The two course maximum applies whether or not the two courses total 12 credits. If the tuition-free courses are not used in the academic year earned, the staff member may roll over one course for up to six-month period. Associate teachers shall have the right to enroll in a maximum of four (4) courses per academic year tuition free. Except for staff members who are matriculated degree candidates at Bank Street, enrollment in tuition-free courses is permitted for seats available after registration by other matriculated students has been completed and a determination has been made that there is an enrollment level sufficient to offer the course.
TUITION ALLOWANCE. GMCL has the right to approve the taking of courses by Assigned Employees. Delphi shall reimburse GMCL for all costs associated with the tuition allowance program for Assigned Salaried Employees regarding short-term training courses where Delphi agrees to the Assigned Salaried Employee taking such course. Delphi will have no reimbursement obligations for long-term training and education (that is, degree programs) allowances provided to Assigned Salaried Employees. Delphi shall reimburse GMCL for all costs associated with the tuition assistance program and tuition assistance for dependent children plan contemplated by the Collective Agreement and GMCL Policy.
TUITION ALLOWANCE. During the HK Assignment, the Company will reimburse Executive for his dependents’ tuition costs and fees (such as technology fees, activity fees, and transportation fees) that exceed the tuition costs and fees (such as technology fees, activity fees, and transportation fees) Executive would have paid for his dependents to attend the private school in which they were enrolled immediately prior to the HK Assignment during that same time period. In addition, the Company will reimburse Executive for any initial school fees and/or deposits required for his children to enroll in school in Hong Kong.
