TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. Children of members of the bargaining unit may attend the Plain Local Schools tuition-free as long as the increase in students due to this clause does not necessitate the employment of additional staff. Admission shall only be at the beginning of the school year.
TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. All children of bargaining unit members may attend school in the Southwest Licking Local School District ("Xxx Xxxxxxxx") without payment of tuition with the following exceptions:
26.1 Identified special education students will be accepted for existing programs based upon available space not to exceed state special education standards.
26.2 Primary kindergarten, unless space is available.
26.3 Talented and gifted children. Talented and gifted students may attend tuition free in the middle school so long as it is open to tuition students.
26.4 All general education students attending preschool.
26.5 If a building is closed to tuition students it will also be closed to children of bargaining unit members not already enrolled in the district.
TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. Children of non-resident Professional Staff Members and/or step-children residing in the Professional Staff Member's household may attend the Beavercreek Schools on a tuition- free basis providing:
A. The Superintendent has the sole right to determine admittance and to assign each student. Resident students shall take priority over nonresident students in all matters of class/course selection and placement. All students are approved on a "current school year only" basis and each year is a separate year. The enrollment of a student under this Section one year does not guarantee enrollment in the next year.
B. The BOARD shall not be responsible for providing any pupil transportation for such students from or to points outside the Beavercreek School District.
C. Professional Staff Members who are not employed before August 1 may submit such request up to three (3) days before the start of the school year.
D. Such students shall be subject to the same rules and regulations as any other student.
E. Student may be suspended or expelled as any other student.
F. Decisions made by the Superintendent under this section are not appealable under the grievance procedure.
TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. The natural children, step-children or adopted children of full time classified staff may be permitted to attend one of the schools in the District without payment of tuition. The payments of any student fees are not included in the exemption from tuition payment. Children of full time classified staff shall comply with the admission requirements and criteria as established by the Board for tuition students. Transportation of the children to the assigned school shall be the responsibility of the parent. Any custodial care of the children shall not interfere with the performance of the contractual duties of the classified staff member and their responsibilities nor the contractual duties and responsibilities of other employees of the Board.
TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. Children of employees, with the exception of post-secondary students taking more than two (2) classes, will be permitted to attend North Canton City Schools tuition-free under the following conditions:
A. Children will be accepted at all levels (K-12) on a space available basis as determined by the Superintendent.
B. Children will be assigned to elementary schools by the Superintendent on a space available basis.
C. Once accepted, children will be permitted to continue in the North Canton City Schools as long as their parent is employed by the district.
D. If a staff member is employed less than an FTE of 1.000, the tuition charge will be reduced by that percentage of time.
TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. Bargaining unit members of Ashtabula Area City Schools may enroll and transport, without transportation reimbursement, their children to AACS tuition free contingent upon availability of space in that building. Additionally, children of bargaining unit members shall be allowed to attend the Early Learning Center at one-half (1/2) of the current activity fee.

TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. Children of staff members shall be enrolled through open enrollment in accordance with the open enrollment policy adopted by the Board of Education. Priority shall be given to employee’s child(ren). If the Board rescinds that policy, or the child(ren) reside outside the State of Ohio, child(ren) of teachers shall be entitled to attend the Xxxxxx-Xxxx Schools tuition free provided the teacher files an application with the Superintendent by August 1 preceding each school year indicating that the teacher wishes his/her child(ren) to attend Xxxxxx-Xxxx Schools.
TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. Children of members of the Association may attend the Fairless Local Schools tuition-free as long as the increase in students due to this clause does not necessitate the employment of additional staff. Admission shall only be at the beginning of the school year.
TUITION FREE ATTENDANCE. Dependents of non-resident District employees shall be eligible for a tuition free education through open enrollment in accordance with Board policy. Children of District employees who are not able to qualify for open enrollment shall be allowed to attend the District tuition free.
