UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. Representatives of the Union will have access to the Company's premises by obtaining the permission of the Company's management. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.

UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. The business representative or other duly authorized union representative shall be permitted to visit the plant during operating hours for the purposes consistent with this agreement, provided he first notifies management before entering plant. The time of this visit shall be mutually agreed by the parties hereto.
UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. The authorized representative of the Union will have access to the factory of the Company, upon written notification to the Company's Human Relations Manager, at all times to conduct all phases of Union business, collect dues, make or investigate all complaints which have been passed through the channels provided for under the grievance procedure and then to take up same with the person designated by the Company with the authority to settle them at least once a week or at a specific time agreed upon by both parties. Notice by email shall meet the written requirement in this Section 9.04. The privileges accorded by this Section shall not permit interruption in the performance by bargaining unit employees of their assigned tasks.

  • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.

  • Union Access 54. The Union shall have reasonable access to all work locations to verify that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are being carried out and for the purpose of conferring with employees provided that access shall be subject to such rules and regulations immediately below, as well as to such rules and regulations as may be agreed to by the department and the Union.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section.   • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization. Measures: • Multiple authorization levels are used when granting access to sensitive systems, including those storing and processing Personal Data. Authorizations are managed via defined processes according to the SAP Security Policy • All personnel access SAP’s systems with a unique identifier (user ID). • SAP has procedures in place so that requested authorization changes are implemented only in accordance with the SAP Security Policy (for example, no rights are granted without authorization). In case personnel leaves the company, their access rights are revoked. • SAP has established a password policy that prohibits the sharing of passwords, governs responses to password disclosure, and requires passwords to be changed on a regular basis and default passwords to be altered. Full remote access to SAP’s corporate network and critical infrastructure is protected by strong authentication.
