Union Bulletin. Boards are allowed in Sobeys Capital Incorporated – Safeway Operations stores on the following conditions:
Union Bulletin. Boards -- City Light shall supply bulletin boards for the use of the Union in posting officially signed Union Bulletins.
Union Bulletin. Boards The Village will make available appropriate space for the posting of official Union notices of a non-political, non-inflammatory nature on existing Village bulletin boards where bargaining unit employees normally work. The Union's use of the designated bulletin boards for such purpose shall be restricted to the following:
(a) Notice of Union recreational and social activities;
(b) Notice of Union elections and results of such elections;
(c) Notice of Union appointments;
(d) Notice of Union meetings, committee meetings and reports and minutes of said meetings; and
(e) If the Union desires to post any other information or material, the Union shall first submit the same to the Village Manager or his designee for approval. The Village Manager or his designee shall only disapprove of a posting if he determines that the information or material submitted is of a partisan, political or defamatory nature. The Union will limit the posting of Union notices on Village premises to such bulletin boards. The Union’s Spokesperson shall be identified in writing by the Union within thirty (30) days of the execution of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and shall be the sole union official authorized to post notices on such bulletin boards, and one (1) such official shall date and initial all such postings.

a) The Board will provide bulletin boards in each designated area, which may be used only by the Union for notices pertaining to Union business.
b) The Board will allow the Association President the use of a copy machine for the purpose of Association business. It is understood that the usage of the copier by the Association will in no way reflect negatively upon the Board of Education as a whole, nor its individual members. The number of copies run for Association business shall not exceed six hundred (600) in one (1) school year. Should the Association request for use of the copier exceed the six hundred (600) limit, the Association shall reimburse the Board for each additional copy per Board policy.

Union Bulletin. Boards Employer will provide bulletin boards for use by the Union, at locations acceptable to the Union, for the purpose of posting Union notices and communications. Union bulletin boards will be provided with locks and keys, with keys kept by the stewards.
Union Bulletin. Boards The Union shall have a right to bulletin board space in the offices of the Employer, its agencies, contractors, or subcontractors that individual pro- viders necessarily frequent due to work-related business. The Union shall be solely responsible for the costs and maintenance of all bulletin boards. The Union will provide cork bulletin boards (no larger than two feet by three feet [2’x3’]). The bulletin boards will be clearly marked as Union bulletin boards and will be maintained by Union worker representatives and/or Union staff. Union communications may not be posted in any other location or agency. The parties agree that the Union and the Employer or its agencies, contrac- tors or subcontractors (whichever is appropriate) will discuss the location in the facility for the Union bulletin board, and if they are unable to agree on a location the Employer will attempt to remedy the situation, appropriate to their subcontracted agent. The Employer shall inform contractors and subcontractors of the rights of the Union to bulletin board space.
Union Bulletin. Boards - The Union may use reasonable space on existing office bulletin boards in each security office. The items posted by the Union shall not be political, partisan or defamatory in nature. The Union shall present the principal with a copy of all materials to be placed on the bulletin board.

(a) Notices of recreational and social events.
(b) Notices of elections.
(c) Notices of results of elections.
(d) Notices of meetings.
