  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

  • Vacating Premises (i) If the Assuming Bank elects not to purchase any owned Bank Premises, the notice of such election in accordance with Section 4.6(a) shall specify the date upon which the Assuming Bank's occupancy of such premises shall terminate, which date shall not be later than ninety (90) days after the date of the Assuming Bank's notice not to exercise such option. The Assuming Bank promptly shall relinquish and release to the Receiver such premises and the Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures located thereon in the same condition as at Bank Closing, normal wear and tear excepted.   • Meeting Space Union representatives may request the use of state property to hold union meetings. Upon prior notification, the Employer will provide meeting spaces where feasible. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. The Employer shall make space available for Union representatives to have confidential discussions with employees on an as needed basis subject to availability.

  • Renewal Options The State requires two (2) five (5) year options to renew with thirty (30) days advance written notice to the Landlord to exercise such option based on the terms and conditions defined in the Initial Lease. Please outline the rental rate for said option periods.

  • Renewal Option This Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Administration and the State Budget Director in compliance with IC § 5-22-17-4.
