Use of District Vehicle. The District agrees to provide a vehicle to any employee when required in the performance of District business. Any employee using a District vehicle must successfully complete the District’s Driver Safety Program before utilizing any District vehicle.

Use of District Vehicle. The District may provide the use of a district vehicle to classified personnel who are on “on call” for emergency service. Vehicles shall not be used when employee leaves the “on call” status due to change of assignment, vacation, prolonged illness, three (3) day weekend, etc. The vehicle may be used to drive to and from work when employee is in “on call” status.
Use of District Vehicle. For the benefit of District, General Manager has been assigned a District vehicle. General Manager may use the vehicle for District business only, not for personal use. General Manager understands that the District may use the assigned District vehicle for District business at any time.
Use of District Vehicle. Employees assigned to On-Call duty may use District vehicles (duty trucks) during on-call assignments. District vehicles used for on-call duty may not be driven more than thirty (30) miles away from the District boundary (Exception: Designated employees assigned to on-call prior to the date of this MOU will be grandfathered in at sixty (60) miles. When their place of residence changes, they must meet the same criteria of all other on-call employees). Employees not designated as an exception must secure the vehicle at one of the approved secured District facilities listed below: • Xxxxxx Valley RWRF • Hemet Water Filtration Plant • Perris Valley RWRF • Perris Water Filtration Plant • Sun City RWRF • Desalters • San Jacinto Valley RWRF • AC/OMC Buildings • Temecula Valley RWRF S. Differential Pay
Use of District Vehicle. The Superintendent may use a District vehicle for travel associated with his duties and responsibilities as Superintendent, provided that such use does not interfere with the use of said vehicle to transport District students to a school activity or event. If no District vehicle is available for the Superintendent’s use for travel associated with his duties and responsibilities as Superintendent, the District shall reimburse the Superintendent for his expenses, as set forth in 5.2(d) above.
Use of District Vehicle to read as follows: “During inclement weather or for other duties as assigned, with the prior approval of the Director of Facilities, the head Custodians and Xxxxxx may use a District truck to commute between home and work.” (p.15) SO AGREED, this 5th day of April 2021, subject to ratification by their constituents.   • Use of District Facilities 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District. If additional cost is incurred by the District, such cost will be borne by the Association.

  • Limitation of District Liability Other than as provided in this Agreement, District’s financial obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the payment of the compensation provided in this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event, shall District be liable, regardless of whether any claim is based on contract or tort, for any special, consequential, indirect or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement for the services performed in connection with this Agreement.
