VACATION AND RECOGNIZED HOLIDAY PAY. 2.01 Payment for annual vacations and pay in lieu of recognized holidays shall be 13% percent of gross wages including overtime for all employees.
VACATION AND RECOGNIZED HOLIDAY PAY. 18.1 The Vacation and recognized holiday pay rate shall be ten (10) percent of vacationable gross earnings. The vacation pay rate shall be six (6) percent and the recognized holiday pay rate shall be four (4) percent.
18.2 Payment of vacation and recognized holiday pay shall be made on the regular weekly pay cheque.
18.3 A leave of absence for the purpose of taking an annual vacation of three (3) weeks will be granted. Where the work schedule permits, additional time off may be granted to an employee and this additional time off shall not be unreasonably withheld.

16.3 Employees with one year's employment will be entitled to 3 weeks annual vacation. Employees with more than one year's employment, under special circumstances, will be entitled to additional time off subject to the approval of the Employer. Additional time off will not be unreasonably denied. All vacation entitlement will be subject to approval providing the work schedule will permit.

15.2 The Employer, except as noted in Section 15.3 below, agrees to pay into operative vacation and recognized holiday pay plans established or recognized in the locality by Employers under agreement with the Union for construction work of a related nature.
15.3 For employees of Ontario Power Generation Inc (OPGI) and Hydro One, payment of vacation and recognized holiday pay shall be made on the regular weekly pay cheque.
